      Purchased engine it arrive inoperable they refused all request for refund I sent video of problem they accused my mechanic of causing problem notice rusted bolts that have fused to motor due to being independent water.

      Ordered a transmission and front drive shaft from quality auto parts on 07/10/24 from service agent *****. There was 3 year warranty on parts and a 30 day money back guarantee. They also say they were accredited by better business bureau which they werent. First they screwed up my order and sent me a rear drive shaft instead of a front. Accused me of lying and saying they sent both front and rear. After showing them pictures they sent me a front one 10 days later. When I finally received the drive shaft my mechanic dropped my engine and took out old transmission and realized the new transmission torque converter was not turning and notified me this transmission is no good to install. I notified the quality auto parts and ***** told me to send pictures and video. He apologized and said give him 2 days to find replacement and work out shipping. After I heard nothing back I got a call from manager he said his name was **** he said ***** was not available anymore he would be taking over. He said I need to confirm with my mechanic if the torque converter was ok when he left the shop. If it is that means it could have been during shipping. Later I called **** back and he told our mechanic said your mechanic broke the the part the torque converter was sent separately and I would be responsible for paying to send it back and the amount of damage depends on how much you will get refunded since they did not have replacement transmission. I told them that was impossible the torque converter came attached to transmission not seperate. They said I wasnt listening I said I want to speak to your manager he said sure in 30 days. I said you know what give me a refund and they refused. This is the biggest scam I ever scene. I called my bank to dispute the charges. Currently in the process.

      Shipped and solved the issue for the drive shaft
      We have reached out to customer and did not ignore him
      The customer did not follow our guidelines and  installation was wrong this caused damage in transmission and voided the warranty because which is against the Credit Card Payment Authorization form
      The customer has to ship the part back and it will be inspected and after our confirmation we will refund him a partial amount

      I am rejecting this response because: This company is falsifying documentation and still using your BBB badge on their website. The torque converter was attached the part never made it off the pallet. Installation did not take place. How could we have damaged the part.

      i will have submitted all the supporting documents please once again look into the case summary we are being honest and we follow our policy and its the customers fault where he and his mechanic has attempted to install the transmission without our guidelines which has caused the damage and we have voided the warranty its the customers fault

      I am rejecting your response based on the following points:


      The torque converter was already attached to the transmission. We were unable to attempt replacing the part because the transmission could not turn. This information was provided to you previously.


      Despite this, you have not provided proof that the transmission was sent separately from the torque converter. Your own third-party shipping company has admitted that such issues frequently occur and that the paperwork and photos did not indicate separate shipments.


      There have been discrepancies regarding your accreditation. The situation reflects poorly on accredited companies by association.

      We purchased a motor from this business, and it was not operating. A replacement was sent out and it also was inoperable. After many emails and communication on November 20, 2023, Quality Auto Parts agreed to a refund if both motors were returned. Both motors were returned on 01/17/2024. We have emailed and called on several occasions to request the refund minus the restocking fee and have yet to hear from the owner or manager. Enclosed is the email to the agreement of us paying to return both motors. Quality Auto Parts has both motors and our funds. We would like the amount refunded to us as promised.

      I paid $310.00 on 5/23/2024 for a used ABS Assembly, in operational condition. When I received it, I installed it, it was not operational. I contacted the company and informed them that it didn't work. They sent me a return *** label and I returned it. After not hearing from them I emailed and asked what was going on. They said they had received the unit back and would let me know when the exchange would ship out. After a few more days I received an email stating that this was not their unit. I informed them that it was since I don't have any others and my original one is back in the car, also not working. The unit was shipped to me in a deteriorated box in a plastic bag, I returned it the same way.

      I called this companyon Friday early afternoon. I ordered a part. About an hour later I didn't need the part and called to cancel. I called four times during business hours and it just went to VM. I left two VM's and told them not to ship it. I emailed them as well. They are not there on weekends so I tried until they closed on Friday to get them. If they had shipped it Fed Ex I should have received it today. I got an email saying they were charging me a restocking fee and shipping. I don't believe a word they say. I want proof they were charged for shipping. If it wasn't ship, I do not want to pay a restocking fee. This company has five BBB complaints and one review that says the addres is fake. I want all my money back.

      I bought an instrument cluster they claim it is a plug and play and programmed it came in programmed and I messaged them the salesman claimed it was plug and play but would have to take it to a dealer I checked the part out and its defective now they claim they have the right to not pay back the price of the part and are not retiring any mesaage attempts to contact them

      I had submitted a request for a low mileage engine for my 2007 ***** C70. I had submitted the serial number of the car as part of the request. I received a quote from Quality Auto Parts, *************************************************************************, for a 2007 ***** C70 engine with ***** miles with the serial number *****************. I accepted the quote and received Invoice **** for $2,400 with the information listed in the quote, including the serial number *****************. I wired the funds on the same day.Upon delivery of the engine, my mechanic noticed the serial number of the engine which was *****************. ****** indicated that the car with that serial number was a 2006 ***** C70 with an engine that had ****** miles, 8/26/2022. Upon further investigation, I realized the *** Yv1MC68217J017793 was from my car, and the salesman had audaciously put that number on my car. When I confronted Quality Auto Parts, the salesman admitted the engine had ***** miles, not *****, and insisted the engine was as good as the quoted one with ***** miles.I told them, as the engine was not the one listed in the quote, I didnt want it and requested it be picked up as, unlike a vacuum cleaner, I could not ship it back by *** or ***** as it was 800 pounds in weight and was filled with flammable material. They insisted that they would only refund me $2250, and I had to pay the return shipping. I told them the engine was much older than promised and that the *** number was incorrect. The salesmen were rude, and argumentative and insisted the engine was as good as the quoted engine with ***** miles and dismissed the incorrect *** Number. The engine has not been picked up and I am still waiting for a refund. The salesmen are aggressive, rude, and defensive and continue to justify submitting a false quote and invoice. This company should not be in business.

      Purchased engine from Quality Auto Parts, invoice #****, March 16, 2023 for $8500 with a six month warranty on parts.Installed April 6, 2023. By June 15th the car began have misfiring issues. After several diagnostic tests it was determined that the engine had mechanical failure due to faulty timing sprockets and timing chain failure.I contacted *****, the salesperson who sold me the engine and confirmed that the engine was under warranty. He advised me to let him (company) know what the outcome of the repairs would be.The repairs were completed August 3, 2023 well within the six month warranty period. I submitted the paperwork showing the repair work which cost me $7457 the total for parts related to the repairs was $2413.I spoke to ***************** who is the warranty person, had me send copy of repair work August 16, 2023 but have not heard back from him. I have called several times since but get sent to voicemail every time.

      On the 8/7/23 I bought an instrument cluster from Quality Auto Part for $371.77 order #QAP ****. During my order I was told that when I made this order. That if I had any problem with this part other than tacheometer. That I needed to let you know with in 7 days. Because they didn't know if the part would work or not. So, I could return the part for a full refund. Otherwise, I would've paid for the part at all. I received my order 8/14/23 on Tuesday. I emailed them on 8/21/23 within 7 days to let them know I needed to return the part. I told them my mechanic said the instrument cluster do not work, and the theft light is flashing. Do your company pay for shipping return? Once the part is returned how long will it take me to get my money back? They said I'm really sorry for the inconvenience. I do have another part in stock, I can have it replaced to you. And I told them. No thank you, I just need to send the part back. My mechanic is having to care and take his mother to the doctor's **** His time is very limited, and my car may have to wait. When he's ready again I'll check back with you.Then I call the company myself to speak someone. They claim that they told me that the part had no warranty when I order the part. And because of that I couldn't get a full refund by returning it.. The representative then told me they had told me this on a recording. I told him that I have 2 recording placing an order, and the last one is what I'm talking about. He then told me that he would listen to the call's and get back with me. Then he calls me back saying that he spoke with the manager and supervisor. And I can have it replaced with no extra charges. But, There will be a 25% restocking fee If you are willing to cancel the order.And you will have to ship the part back.It worked in the vehicle we removed it from. The theft light just needs to be programmed to the vehicle.The speedometer which we shipped to you is in 100% working condition, You just have to reprogram it to the vehicle.So, If your mechanic doesn't know how to reprogram it, it's not our fault. We shipped the good part. We inspected it before shipping.If you are sure the part is not working, Please help me with the diagnostic report so that I can help you.Not once did he say the recording didn't say you can return the part for a full refund if three is an issue with the part.And I wasn't told of a restocking fee if I was to return the part. Once again agents and supervisors just flat out lied about everything and give me false information to get my money. They have given me unacceptable response and the run around. This is a hot mess and Quality Auto Parts needs to fix it, NOW""" I'm highly upset, disgusted and disappointed with this service. This company parts offer is deceptive, despicable, and has a chronic dishonesty issue. They have been less than satisfactory. I feel betrayed because they took my money. I want them to pay for the return shipping at their cost and return my full refund of $371.77.
