Initially, I ordered a replacement strut for a **** Lexus RX330 on eBay.com. Realizing that I'd missed using a $10 discount coupon, I canceled the order and called the Yota the next day to see if they would re-list the part. Instead, they sold it to me directly with the $10 discount. Nice of them. When the part arrived, I took the shock out of the spring to replace the rubber boot and bumper. That's the only way to do it. On atteempting to re-assemble the part, I realized the shock was blown, i.e. it would not extend far enough to allow re-assembly. I calld and explained and was told that to get a refund I had to return the part "...in exactly the same condition in which it was received." As noted, not possible to re-assemble a blown shock into the spring and bearing assembly. After some discussion, **** offered to send a replacement part. I was fine with that, but when it arrived, it, too, was blown. Again, emailing ****, I was told that he'd be "...happy..." to offer a refund if I returned the parts, again, "...in the exact condition in which you [I] received them." Again, can't re-assemble a shock that won't extend far enough to allow re-assembly because... it's blown internally.I appreciate ****'s initially reasonable response, but, ultimately the transaction was a bust leaving me out about $150 and with a bunch of heavy metal junk that I now need to take to the recycler's and to heve to actuall pay them to dispose of the parts (Recology of Yuba County). This, alas, and despite ****'s initial reluctant willingness to resolve the problem, is not satisfactory business. In fact, I had the exact same experience (other side strut assembly) from another business not too far from Yota and, when I informed them that their shock, also, was blown, they asked for some pictures, then apologized and immediately issued a complete refund.Forgetting about the time wasted and disposal fees as a favor to ****, I'd like a refund of the initial purchase price or $150.49.

Hello, I purchased a engine from this business the first purchase being October 22nd 2022 for $400, and the final payment was made October 23rd for $1222.50. On October 21st 2021 I called this business and asked if they had a 2.4l 2009 ****** Camry engine for purchase. There said they did and I made the purchase. Once I installed this engine, I was told by my mechanic the transmission connector for the is different from my car. After looking the engine vin number I found that the engine was a **** ****** Camry engine with a u241e transmission port, instead of my 2009 u250e transmission. I expressed this to them and instead of them looking I up theyre vin number they need proof. I would like to request a refund for my engine and also the $500 installation fee and $50 towing fee. As a alternative, if they have a engine that is compatible with my car like we discussed over the phone, Id like to replace the engine with one they have and receive my $50 tow fee and $500 installation fee
