05/2022 took vehicle to shop for diagnostic of transmission. Told that they would service the transmission for $499. Vehicle returned with same issues.Customer response

I specifically stated to technician that my has a transmission leak and wanted to repair that leak. I originally thought it was my rear seal be he ensured me it wasn't. And claimed to have fixed the leak. So I come and pick the vehicle up believing my problem is fixed. To my surprise it's not fixed. Without even driving the vehicle just letting it idle my vehicle starts leaking transmission fluid again. I took it back to aamco and the technician who helped me has moved to ******* and is no longer with the company. And the company acknowledge the issue but wants me to pay more money to fix the leakInitial Complaint

Transactions were between 4/11/2022-4/13/2022 Took 2012 Infiniti g37 coupe in for service due to coolant leak that I suggested was coming from water due to where leak was coming from which was driver side near ac condenser pump and starter. I paid a total of ****** due to upper radiator hose connector fitting leak which I never seen ever own my vehicle just leak that was coming from where I said. Feel like they ignored what isaid and never did anything so they wouldn't have to replace my water pump due to the amount of work it would to to do so. I kept saying it's probably the water pump everytime I spoke to service manager which was 3-4 times. Was told on 4/12/2022 that all repairs were made and my car was diagnosed and road tested and they're were no issues upon driving home I noticed a coolant smell and when I cam to a stop I got out and looked under car and seen it was still leaking from original spot. Its impossible not to notice or see. Trying to get ahold of aamco warranty people but yet to be contacted
