      I paid Rumble Motors $3,350 for their ************* bike. I waited months for them to build it. When it was time to ship the bike they said they could not ship to me now because shipping rules changed. Sounded fishy but what could I do? I asked for a full refund to which they agreed. I asked 3 more times over a couple months and every time they said they tried to return the money through Square point of sale but there must be something wrong with the bank receiving. I contacted the bank and they said that is not true they can refund anytime. So now Im understanding that they dont want to give me the money back so I think I should look for a shipping company to bring the bike from ********** to *********** myself. Finally found a company that could handle the shipping of an electric bike and the shipping would be ************************************************** the end they said I approved that and now I cannot get the rainbow bike company to give me a date or any kind of update on when I can get the bike. They keep giving me the runaround on the emails. I have probably over 100 emails Going back-and-forth of them over all these issues. They will not give me a date that they will give me the bike and keep pushing me off to a different person every time I ask questions to really have nothing resolved. I recently looked online and it says that they closed their show room in ********** but they are still operating their website rubblemotors.com. I think these people are trying to scam me out of my money and Im worried for anybody else who might be trying to purchase there especially if theyre not in the continental US Im not sure if theyre getting their bikes there either but were definitely not getting them in ***********

      I purchased the Apex ebike from Rumble Motors in June of 2023. I also purchased the Carbon Fiber Upgrade for $499.00 extra. Rumble delivered the bike but without the carbon fiber kit. I have emailed them 5 or 6 times to inquire about the carbon fiber kit. At first they said it was on back order. On February 8, 2024 someone named **************************** emailed me that he had the kit in stock and would send it right out the next day. I never received it and now they are not responding to my emails. I also cannot get them on the phone. I would prefer for them to send me the carbon fiber kit. If they do not have it I would like a $499.99 refund. Thank you.

      Purchased a rumble motors henzo v5 electric motorcycle September 2023, received the motorcycle in November 2023. Attempted to title and register it, but was rejected due to the lack of federal safety decal. in January 18th, 2024 in a private ******** chat group - was informed that the motorcycles were "...did not ship fully compliant with all applicable NHTSA requirements" and "...since Rumble Motors did not ship the bikes NHTSA compliant, owners will have to go through the safety inspection process required when a dirt bike or other non-street legal bike is converted."attached screen grabs are from private ******** chat group which I was removed from after a phone conversation with sales person.

      I ordered a controller for my ebike and I never received a tracking number on the receipt and when I called to ask for the tracking number I got the runaround and I don't know if the package has been sent and they just took my money fast and all I ask for was a tracking number for my package

      In April of 2023 I ordered an electric motorcycle, A Henzo V5. I was unable to make the payment on the website and emailed the company to help with payment. I was contacted by a rep from the company that helped me make the payment and complete the order. I was given information stating when i would receive my product and to my mailing address. I explained that i wanted the product for my next duty station. I wanted to deploy with it. I told them that my address would change and i was told that i can just contact them and update the address for delivery... I tried to contact them in June to update them and could not get in touch with anyone. I noticed that all my emails were being ignored. I continued to email to try to get some acknowledgement of my messages but received none. I then sent an email from a different account stating that i would like to make a purchase. They answered that email immediately. I told them i did not want to do business with a company with poor customer service. I was told that they would help resolve the issue once a payment was made. I have not received anymore contact from them. I emailed their website directly and nothing. I emailed them from my personal account and nothing. I paid $6,000 dollars just to be ignored. I read online that the company tends to do this. I tried to call but no answer. I don't know what to do to resolve this issue. If it is an issue with products, i can understand that. If there is a supply chain issue, i can understand that, but what i don't understand is the "no communication." What kind of business does this to its customers. especially after paying such a high amount. Obviously this is a SCAM and this company should be shut down before they rob anyone else of their hard earned money. Please see the email attachments below that sum up my issue. I will also try to add the message from the other email as well to show how quickly they responded.

      In November 2021, I placed an order for "Rumble V3" and transferred the payment and shipping costs.On September 28, 2022, I received an e-mail asking for a refund because export was no longer possible, so I immediately replied to the e-mail for the bank transfer address.The email should have definitely been received, but the payment was not returned.Since I said I would return the money myself, I want it returned as soon as possible.
