I gave these people over $3,000. Took 10 months for the bike to arrive. The bike arrived at my house. And it was a used bike, it was in dirty and filthy condition.. It was not a new bike like they should have sent me. I sent back the bike immediately. And now they will not send me my $3,000 back... I'm very disappointed with the owner **. He talks a big game but I'm just realizing it's just talk!. Cuz he really fooled . I trusted this company with my money and was willing to wait, because I really like the concept and the direction he said the company was going.. but this was all talk and bs. That dude and his company just screwed me over and ruined my ******** He just swept this problem under as if me and my family didn't matter. He doesn't understand what it means to trust a company for that long with your money just to be fooled by them..I've been patient Beyond patient. And gave them all the Time in the World to fix this problem and make me whole again. They won't even answer my emails or my messages on ******** messenger. I just want my money back from these criminals.Review from Eternity L

This company is straight up fraud! The owner RJ is fraud! Do not give them a dollar out of your money! You may get a bike you may not get a bike! But either way you won't be getting your money back from these people! Your money does not go to rumble motors! It goes to a third party! I'm just so angry with these people now I got to chase them down to get $3,700 back of my money! They are fraudulent do not deal with them.Most likely i have to contact a lawyer to take them to small claims court.This is straight up just bogus .Hi BS all the way. I hate these people. I pre-ordered an e bike in November 2022. I was told it would be shipped in Jan 23, no bike. However, I got an email saying there was a delay due to Covid in ***** and my bike world be shipped in March 23. Here we are in April, no update, no shipping. I emailed the company to be refunded for my bike, no response still after 5 days. I'll never buy anything from not only this company but any company that supports this company! ordered and paid for the bike in September and was told two to three weeks for delivery. Still waiting!! Emails back and forth for three months. its always two more weeks. Got emails from the *** and president and still nothing. Cant trust them!!
