Ordered auto parts from Doteki in Nov 2023. Have never received anything. Upon requesting refund they have not responded. Basically have stolen my money fraudulently representing products they cannot deliver.Business response

Hello,
We have asked the customer to respond via our ordering portal and request a refund. Our manufacture can not deliver the goods to us at a reasonable time. We notified the customer via email and will gladly refund him as this is not his fault or issue to deal with.

I am rejecting this response because: I have not yet received the funds. Trying to make me responsible, buy indicating I need to for request a refund in their systems is not correct. Their ordering web site does not have a process to "request a refund".
I have attached a screen shot of what they are referring to. They received a demand letter in April 2024 formally requesting a refund and no action until your assistance and all communication went silent, hence why I filed the complaint with BBB. On the positive front they have at least now engaged in communications with me and "promised" to refund my money, however after I told them that their system does not have refund request, they then indicated I should go to my bank, so it is hard for me to believe if this is not just more delay tactics or if they genuinely will be processing a refund. I advised that I have already contacted my bank and the transaction is too old to contest. So they they responded that they will get with their processor.
So while the response appears to be positive, I have been strung along with false promises of actions for 6 months. I will not consider the matter closed until they provide positive confirmation of funds transfer back to my account, and would appreciate your follow up to get confirmation that they have returned the funds.
I greatly appreciate your assistance and hope this will be resolved promptly.

Currently since it has been longer than 60 days from the order we are working with the bank to refund the customer back on his CC. We should have resolution today or tomorrow and notified the customer of this. If any other information is needed we will reach out to the customer.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:
I have still have not received the refund of my money. It has been 3 business days since they responded with only statements that they are working on it with there bank. I do not consider this matter closed until I have received positive confirmation of the funds in my Bank Account.
