I enrolled in this school using the veterans GI Bill. They were supposed to submit all of my paperwork by a certain time in order for me to receive my education pay from the VA, but they did not. I was relying on getting paid and using that money to pay my rent and bills, but they refused to take care of my paperwork in a timely manner, and I havent gotten paid yet. I am now late and behind in rent and bills. They have not reached out or issued an apology. They will not take any accountability for dropping the ball. They will not offer any help and are actually ignoring my texts and phone calls. I have been passed through 3 different people and nobody will contact me back. Im considering pulling my benefits from this school as I dont believe they deserve my business anymore.Business response

************************* registered for the January 16, 2024 Esthetics program on 11/16/23. At that time she was given VA disclosures and told that she needed to provide transcripts from all colleges previously attended. Per VA regulations, our institution has 30 days to certify enrollment. Upon initial certification review on 2/1/24 it was found that the student did not provide all transcripts from previous schools. ********** told **************** that as long as she provided necessary required documentation her enrollment would be certified within 30 days of 1/16/24 (start date). On 2/7, our School Certifying Official went to certify **************** enrollment and discovered that she had prior enrollments that she did not provide transcripts for. The SCO requested the specific missing documents that day via phone, text, and email. **************** submitted the needed documents on 2/7/24. Her enrollment was certified that day 2/7/24. This is within the 30 day window the VA allows for certification.
********** did respond to **************** emails and phone calls. Her request was escalated to management and promptly resolved as soon as needed documents were provided.
