      On May 20th I ordered a dress from Luxe Glamour, and it arrived today on May 30th. The dress that I received is completely different from the advertisements used to sell the product on their website. I have attached two photos: the first features a corset tie back that is advertised on their website, and the second is a photo of what I received, a plain zipper. In total, I paid them $78.98. I originally found them through pinterest on May 20th, and they are running lots of ads on pinterest using the photos of the corset tie back that is clearly not their product. My YANWEN tracking number is UJ457636245YP on track718.us but has not been marked as delivered yet. I contacted the business using their listed email address and immediately got a DONOTREPLY response. I am confident that this business is doing everything they can to avoid facing issues like these.The businesss return policy states that sale items are not eligible for return or refund, however all items on their website display a high original price and then a lower sale price in order to make you feel like youre getting a deal and to avoid giving refunds or accepting any returns. I am seeking a full refund for this scammy product and practice.

      Hello,On November 4 I , 2022. I have paid for class supplies from Luxe Beauty and ******* located in ********** for $1185 On the date of delivery I received a notification but I wasnt home , due to my moms surgery I was living in between homes. When I came back to my apartment, the delivery was not there, it looks like it was left by my door because of I bought many supplies. I checked the parcel lockers and mailbox, and asked my neighbors and Apartment manager. I reached out to the company Luxe Beauty, and they were not willing to help me further due to that it was a delivery issue. They were not willing to send a refund or redelivery for the iteams. I was advised to call my bank and also to file an appeal with Ontrac. It was difficult to reach out to Ontrac. I emailed them a completed filed complaint instead because they didnt answer the phone. They replied a few days later that the complaint needs to be filed by the company. Luxe Beauty and ******* filed a complaint on my behalf but it got denied because of the timeframe passed. Also Luxe Beauty and ******* filed the claim after 6 days. I called Lixe Beauty many times but they told me that they havent filed the claim with Ontrac because they are not at a computer at the moment. Luxe Beauty and ******* was taking their time and the Ontrac denied due to passing the timeframe.The appeal with the ***** ********** was filed but got denied because it was a delivery issue that needed to be resolved by OnTrac. When I called them back to re open the case because Ontrac denied the claim, they give me your number and told me I have passed the timeframe.As you see, I have paid a lot money for supplies that I dont have. Instead of being helped , these companies are pointing fingers and I dont know who can help **** want a refund for the iteams that I dont have.

      on 3-23-22 I purchased an online training course., (Cryolypolysis advanced training) for $149.00. After my purchase I read that to complete the final exam I must have access to Cryo machine, which I do not. I contacted Luxe within 24 hours explaining I made the purchase in error. They stated the "no refund policy". I contacted the credit card *** on my behalf. It would take 90 days to resolve. ********************************** could not help. I contacted luxe. I wanted to choose another course of equal value and stated the course I wanted. They blocked me completely form any access because I asked for a "chargeback". ** explained that I PAID THE $149.00. I have attempted to contact via email. NO REPLY. I have also tried to call. Results. Voicemail due to high call volume email....

      On March 23, 2022 *********************** purchased the Cryolyposis Online Training in the amount of $149. On March 24th he emailed our customer support team claiming he made the purchase in error due to not knowing about having to submit an assignment to pass the course. Each course page as well as our FAQ on the website states Is there an exam to take at the end of the course? Yes, you must pass with a grade of 90% or above. If you fail, you are allowed multiple chances to pass without penalty. In addition, you will need to submit a final assignment reflecting your work on a client you performed services on. An exam as well as an assignment is industry standard across the country. In addition, we do not require our students/customers to purchase equipment from us. They may purchase equipment from any vendor of their choice.



      Our response to ***** (see attached email thread) was that although he did need equipment to submit the assignment, he could do so at any time. All our courses do not expire therefore students can access them for years to come.



      On March 25th ***** proceeded to ask for a refund to which we explained the online course was non-refundable providing him a link to the refund policy for his viewing convenience (see attached) and offered him the opportunity to switch to another course of his liking. At this time, ***** informed us he would be disputing the charges with his bank, which he did.



      On April 9th we received notification from Shopify order #***** (see attached) was in dispute and $164 was deducted from our payout. Company procedure is to unenroll the student from the said course when a dispute is made; this was done.



      On June 15th ***** emailed asking for access to his course (see attached) to which we responded that would not be possible since he disputed the charge.



      o date, the chargeback/dispute is pending and access to the course will not be granted based on our findings. Should the bank side with our company and pay us back in the amount of $164, access to his course, or a course of his liking, will be honored.

      I am rejecting this response because: Luxe beauty claims they have not been paid by ********* Bank.  I offered luxe via email to furnish proof I did not receive a refund. No response.  I called Barclays 10-3-22 to confirm Luxe has been PAID! They replied YES. I am fine with selecting another course of equal value of my choosing. Luxe has stopped replying to my email's.  I don't know what more I can do.  Again, I paid $149.99 and offered to show proof of that.

      I purchased an online course. I read that there was a no refund policy on the online course. Before I made the purchase, I emailed the company and asked them if the course I was interested in purchasing included video learning as well as text. The company responded and told me that the course did include videos for learning. I then purchased the course and there were absolutely no videos at all that were included. I messaged the company and ask they stated was there no refund policy. I explained to them that I specifically asked about if videos were included which they responded to me that yes they were. I feel this was a lie and fraud and asked for a refund. I never wouldve made the purchase of they wouldve just told me that no its only text there are no videos included. I would like my money refunded because I would not have purchased this course.

      Today - Jan 29, 2022 - I went online to purchase training and bought online training from this company. It charged my card and when I went to the training session - it was nothing but PDF's of useless information - nothing about training me to use the medical device that I signed up for. I tried to call the company and they only have an outgoing message. I tried to email them and it kept bouncing back as a email address. This is the email on their site etc that doesn't work. Finally - I found them on ******** and send a screenshot to the owner and told him what problems I'm having and was told "why are you bugging me"? - then they blocked me from any other contact with them. This is a scam and I want my $100+ money back!
