Date of Transaction: 6/3/24 Amount Disputed: $54 Business: Radiant Waxing Arden Address: 2100 Arden Wy. ****************************** Phone Number: ************ I have been a membership holder with Radiant Waxing for over a year. They charge me every month on the 3rd, the start of my billing cycle. I have correspondence proving I have attempted many times to cancel the membership both at this specific location in **********, ** as well as multiple times at a location in ********, **. I was misled to believe that I had the autonomy to cancel my membership at any location as I had been informed by workers in both locations that that was the case. I have attempted to resolve this with the general manager of the location in **********, ** with no resolution. She informed me that because each branch is independently owned, there is nothing she can do on her end. She also expressed that the owners are not invested or interested in the "fine print of membership contracts" and that she will not divulge any contact information of her supervisors for me to escalate this to someone who can resolve it.To my understanding, franchises all operate under uniform policies and protocols. It is inappropriate to deny a customer a refund on the basis that ********************************************* is independently owned and therefore free from responsibility regarding any other branch. It is also inappropriate to deny access to contact information to owners/supervisors that could further assist me. There needs to be some understanding and communication between lower level management within this entity.All I want is a refund in the full amount of $54.Business response

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by the delay in processing your request between our Arden and ****** locations.
Upon receiving your cancellation request on June 3rd, we promptly took action to cancel your membership. Additionally, after your phone conversation, our store manager at Arden reached out to the ****** location to investigate the oversight. Subsequently, we received confirmation from Oregon acknowledging their mistake and agreeing to compensate you with a refund.
I am pleased to inform you that RW Oregon has already processed the refund, and we trust that this matter has been resolved to your satisfaction.
