      The manager named *** at the ****************** location was ON CAMERA in the nursery making sexual comments to female employees and allows his workers to smoke during work hours.Highly illegal and unprofessional and I think he should be investigated.

      Ive been coming to this establishment for 3 years. Ive never felt so humiliated. I made an online purchase and the representative told me the price was $10 including the *** fee. My card declined and came back with more money. I asked the representative the price and she incorrectly gave me the wrong price. I advised her, she should have given me the final price. Her tone was loud and I asked to her lower her voice. She tells me, that she wants to make sure that I hear her. And keep in mind she was only 1 feet away. I asked for her manager b/c of her tone with me. And the rep pointed and said she right there (like she knew she wasnt going to get in trouble). I talk with the floor manager and explained to her. That Im the customer and I didnt appreciate her tone. The floor manager at the time, inform me that she will address the situation. I didnt think that the situation being handled was resulting me being banned. I walked away upset, mumbling words under my breath. Two days later, I came back to purchase and the floor managers make a huge scene in front everyone, saying out loud that I was banned. Im completely embarrassed! I was advised the general manager, Lexi, was suppose to follow up with me. No follow up. I try to call again and the narrative change, where they said the district manager is suppose to give me a call. Never got a follow up. I shouldnt have been banned for this misunderstanding and dont appreciate that they just based their employees word that I was confrontational, when I was not. I was just a regular upset customer... The security camera in the store, will show that I was not confrontational. For the three years Ive been there, I never had an issue and got along with the employees, until this point. Im very embarrassed.

      This customer was banned for cussing out my staff and creating unsafe work environment. we have every right to ban them to protect our customers as well as my staff.
