The car was sold to me with a issue that I brought to the owners attention less than a week after purchase. I brought the car back but he did nothing. The car only got worse and I recorded a few of the times it lacked power. When pressing the gas pedal the car stalls and losses power and cuts off.Initial Complaint

I bought a 2014 ****** Sentra from Lots of Cars for $7100 and within 20 miles of use the car stopped change gears. I contacted the ****** from Lots of Cars and he said there's nothing he can do. I took the car to the ****** of ********** for a diagnosis, and they said the car needs transmission repairs adding up to $6046.35. The ****** employee suggested that the problem was obvious and that ****** knowingly sold me a defective car that put the lives of me, my *** and cousin in danger.I am from ***** and don't speak English well, my boyfriend is helping me file this complaint. ****** had me sign a paper that waived my rights to take him to small claims court, but I didn't understand because he didn't explain and English is not my primary language. ****** stated that a written copy in my primary language, Spanish will be provided, as it states in the contract I signed, but it was never provided. For a whole year I worked hard in a taqueria, riding my bike in the summer heat and winter rain to save $7100 for a car and I'm devastated that I was taken advantage of.Please help me remedy this. I need help finding arbitration immediately. Thank you.
