12/22/2022 I was sold a Vehicle with a disguised Salvage title that was not disclosed by the Seller .this Car was a fraudulent transaction and has done grievous harm to me and my familyBusiness response

To whom it may concern......
The car does not hold a california salvage title ,because if it does even the bank would not give Mr ***** ****** a loan.
About fixing the car ,customer have the right to take the car to a mechanic or bring the mechanic with them.
About fixing the car ,We Sell all our cars As Is ,and the customer have the option to purchase the contract cancellation option agreement,
but the customer declined it.
Customer signed buyers Guide, AS IS.
Customer Signed contract cancellation option agreement . Declined The Option.

I am rejecting this response because:, it's a travesty and complete falsehoods I have the documentation which is why I was offered $300 for this car with 69 K miles
it's awful funny how it just turned up and has a date of 2018 , Really I guess some people can doo anything for a dollar without remorse or guilt, Better yet run the Vin and tell me it's not salvage

I just went to the office responsible for doing our Dmv Paper work,they pull the Dmv Record and showing the car not salvage.

I am rejecting this response because: i WAS NOT INFORMED THAT THIS VECHILE HAD BEEN IN 3 ACCIDENTS ALL MAJOR, EVERYWHERE i GO I'm TREATED WITH THE RESPONSE THAT IT'S THE SAME AS salvage TITLE ,NOT WORTH WHAT I PAID. it IS A ***** WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO ME, i BELIEVE THE dmv BOND SHOULD BE REVOKED AND CHARGES PRESSED BECAUSE OF THE EXTREME MANNER I've ENDURED WITH THE ***** THAT HAS OCCURIED AND THE LACK OF HONESTY AND TRANSPERENCEY / HOW CAN A CAR BOOK FOR 18 ,000 NOT BE WORTH 300 ACCORDING TO ************* CAR MAX, , THIS IS ***** CHECK THE VINJTHFF2C20E2529508 THAT ALL THE DEALERS I SPEAK WITH QUOTE ME !
