I paid $900 for two products (new deck and updated sound system, both front and rear speakers). 1. The deck: Idiot installer badly damaged my dash with a simple deck swap. Called the owner and sent photos of the damages. He said he'd have to ask his employee to get his side of the story. Two days later, I had to call back. The employee got on the line and first tried saying he didn't need to remove the vents to swap the deck. When I called him on that bs, he then changed up his story by saying he didn't even do the damage and that he took a "mental note" of prior damage. Lmfao. You can clearly see where the a****** liar used a small Flathead and gouged the h*** out of it. I have all the service records, and neither the vent nor the dash has ever been touched. When I brought the car back, the owner(?) took pics and said he "has a guy who can fix it." Never heard back from him. 2. The sound system they put in is trash. I've tried changing all the audio settings and it still sounds like I'm just listening to my phone connected to a cheap $40 portable Bluetooth speaker. The speakers even sound blown! 3. The back seat wasnt secured in properly after install! It shifted forward with my 7 year old in her car seat. He refused to provide a receipt, and to provide proof of the mental note of already existing damages.I want my money refunded and for this business to be investigated further for dangerous practices.Business response

response to customer complaint i already told the customer i will repair for her the dash that she said the tech damaged her while installing the stereo which the tech refuse he did but it is not a problem i will fix it for her . a. for sound look like this complain before she come to the shop next time .thankyouCustomer response

I am rejecting this response because:
He offered to fix my dash but then never followed up, and even started I could live with it. He also refused to acknowledge his installation tech did the damage. My car is ruined both internally and externally, after they completely cut all the wires inside, and *****-rigged the radio. He did NOT even attempt to have my car repaired.
