I took my 2020 challenger to this place and got the worst audio installation ever, I was told that I needed a 4 Chanel app not a 2 Chanel, ok I never said I didnt want to purchase one, the very rude lady names Mai took us inside to pull up a quote after my husband asked how much it would all cost. The installation guy said he could do it with a 2 Chanel amp and I said will it still sound good, he said yes and then Mai chimed in and said yea you wont even have to adjust your equalizer. So after paying $1225 for a amp kit and installation and and 5 hours later my car was ready. We drove it off the property and 5 minutes later all my speakers went off and all you could hear was muffled base coming from the trunk, we immediately went back and told them and she said that it was because my amp is faulty and went into protection mode and I needed to purchase a 4 Chanel amp. They say that they guarantee their labor but when we went back the installation guy was very rude and walked away when we told him that he didnt do what he said he could do. He put my amps under my speaker box and suffocated them cause them to over heat and go into protection mode, $650 in installation fees and he didnt even install the base k*** because he said he didnt know where to put it, left the underneath panel of my car under the steering wheel hanging down as well as the panel underneath the trunk. Now I cant even use my stereo at all and there is a humming noise coming from my stereo and all she can say is bring me a 4 Chanel amp..this is the worst and inconsiderate service I have ever received and I will not return to this location. I called the ********* location and they said to bring it to them and that they will fix it and that this has happened before and this company has had to replace amps that were brand new. When I called to speak with Mai she talked over me and then hung up on me. Very unprofessional. Scammers 100%

They installed my stereo and the DVD player doesn’t work. And the mic on the radio don’t work and they broke my dash and failed to fixing it after promised.
