RUN FROM THIS VENDOR. Michael ******* and Bridget ********* are rip-off artists, inferior builders, quick to anger, fail to listen to direction, and in general, are some of the most unpleasant people I have ever had the bad luck to hire. They are flakey, moody, and need to find another line of work where Michael Gilmore can sit in a room by himself and be mad at the world. If you hire him, be prepared to be yelled at if you ask him to do what you want because he will only do what HE wants – it does not matter that YOU’RE paying HIM. His wife trails around behind him apologizing for his awful behavior. Be prepared to be flaked on because they may or may not show on the day/time you planned. But most of all be prepared to be disappointed in the quality of their work as they have no interest in learning or fixing, they just make excuses. My gate and fences look like two teenagers built them while drinking beer. I wish I had never met these people. I already had my gate rebuilt, and when I can, I will rip down the awful fences they built and have them done over right. No response when I reached out to them to invoke the five-year warranty. Shocking. They also posted a fake contractor’s license number online. I repeat, RUN.
