      Our company wanted to return 2 out of 4 chairs that were unopened. They were ordered in the beginning of September. As per their policy we are allowed free returns up to 60 days. We asked for return labels, and they said it was too costly and wanted to just give us a refund for the price of one chair! We declined and reminded them of their policy posted on their website. They totally ignored us and sent the refund anyway. We are now stuck with 2 chairs that are horribly made and aren't ergonomically functional at all. This company is rude and disgusting and let's not forget to mention, dishonest.

      I ordered a chair from Kerdom.com after shopping around for a good and affordable chair online. The reasons for my choosing kerdom.com was the available colors, weight of chair, customer service, *** based company. It turns out their available colors were only black, the chair weighed 38 lbs instead of the advertised 22 lbs and their customer service is non existent and they are not USA based company. Kerdom.com has been non responsive my calls, texts, emails immediately after placing the order. I did receive few anonymous china based emails which i didn't trust. Their support is non existent and from ***** it seems. Their website is very misleading. Their product review count remains the same.Order#KD8837 Date of order - 7/30/24

      I purchased an ergonomic chair through Kerdom website on 8 July. I have chronic back issues and wanted to make sure I had a comfortable chair. I looked at the return policy which states a quick and seemless return of the product with refund, so I went through this vendor. After receiving it and putting it together, the product is uncomfortable, so I promptly started the return process. I emailed the company 4 times without being provided a return label for shipping and refund. The last email started they would only reimburse half the price because how expensive it is to send it back. This doesn't match what their return policy is.

      I apologize for not being able to respond in a timely manner to the customer's question/question.
      We have already notified our finance department to provide the customer with a full refund and the customer does not need to send back the product.
      We will inform our after sales team to keep improving our service.

      I purchased a chair on Kerdom.com website on June 17,2024. I received the chair however it is not what I ordered. I have emailed the company 3 times, sent a WhatsApp message, called two times (mailbox is full), and sent a text message as stated in their website. I havent received a single response from them. I am starting to wonder if this is legitimate company.
