My name is ********************* and I am filing a dispute against the Money Mart business located on *************************************************************************. On September 6, 2022 I had went into this location to pay off my payday loan that was due on this day. The amount that I paid off was $300.00 in cash to Mr. ***** whom is the one who took care of me. Mr. ***** then ask if I had wanted to reloan again and I told him no. Mr. ***** then went onto his computer to do something and then ask for me to sign what I believe I had read of receiving electronic records so I then signed it. After signing I walk out the store knowing that I don't owe anything to Money Mart. Few days later, September 11, 2022 I then needed some quick cash so I went back to Money Mart to do a payday loan and was told by the lady whom is an employee in the store that help me that day said that I had already reloan and needed to pay the loan off the loan that was set to be due on September 21, ******************** to get another loan. I told the employee whom had help me that I was in on September 6, ************************************************************************* that I should come back the next day which was September 12, 2022 to talk to Mr. ***** to help me with the problem. So when I went in on Septembter 12, 2022 Mr. ***** then said that he couldn't help me because I had signed the agreement saying that I had taken the loan out on September 6, 2022 and I thought that I only signed for to received for electronic records from Money Mart on September 6, 2022. I then asked Mr. ***** for the video on the camera for September 6, 2022 to show if I really had sign and taken out a payday loan. Mr. ***** said that there was no video but clearly the store had about 5 to 6 cameras hooked up inside the store. My only evidence is that the video in the store would show that I didn't take out a loan on that day.Initial Complaint

A hard inquiry from Money Mart showed up on my credit report on 5/25/22 that I did not authorize. I do not have a loan with them at this time and have not had one in the recent past. I called the customer service line and they asked me to send an email to their customer care email address which I did on 6/1/22 and have not heard back. I have called several times to the customer care line and they say they are going to get back to me but they have not.
