These countertops were contracted for in July and we are approaching New Year's weekend and I still do not have the final countertop. Today, as with so many other times dealing with CounterFit, they were supposed to come do a template for my countertops. I emailed to confirm a week ago and included the ********** customer service specialist who was involved with the project and everybody confirmed except for CounterFit, who literally ignored my emails. Yesterday in anticipation of them coming today I emailed them to remind them. I included the ********** customer service specialist.And once again they did not return calls they did not respond to the emails they did not even answer the phone for the ********** customer service specialist.Several months ago they were preparing to do some work on an intermediate part of the project and they kept just saying they didn't have the material so they couldn't do the countertops and this went on for weeks. Inadvertently they gave us the contact information for the supplier. When we talked to the supplier to tell them that the granite was the one we wanted, we mentioned that we were surprised it was taking so long to get the material. The supplier said, "oh no! We've been trying to ship the material for weeks and they keep telling us not to ship it.*Okay CounterFit, we just caught you red-handed in a lie.And they never showed up. Never never ever ever do business with this company!
