I signed my daughter and myself up for 10 classes each for $129.00, 20 classes in total for $258.00 total amount in June of 2023. We attended our first class on Monday June 26th, 2023.We attended our second class on July 3, 2023. When my daughter and I got to our class, I had a headache and was unable to participate. The teacher asked me would I be joining, and I told her I wasn't feeling well and she said okay.A few minutes later, a woman approached me and told me I had to leave because observers were not allowed. I explained to her that I was a a student, had paid to be in the class, but that I had a headache and was unable to participate.She told me I need to leave, I explained that my daughter who is on the Austism Specturm Disorder was in the class also and I needed to stay. She told me I would have to go and wait in their clubhouse. I told her I needed to stay in the room with my daughter. I was sitting quietly off to the side. She told me I needed to leave, and said she would be happy to give me a refund.I called Sac Dance Lab, and spoke to the owner who turned out to be the woman who asked me to leave. I explained to her that my daughter and I would not be returning to her school, and would like a full refund for our 18 classes. We were treated very poorly, She refused, and I would like my money back. She has no legal right to keep the money, since we will not be attending the classes any more.Also, I signed my daughter and I up for the beginner class, and when we arrived at the first class the teacher told us that it was the beginner/intermediate class. I do not mind paying $26.00 for the first class we attended, but we like to be refunded $238.00 for the classes we will not be attending.I would really appreciate your help in getting my refund returned to me.
