      I paid for my child to take the *** approved Drivers Education Class. Fees were required to be paid up front. My child completed the course She received an email stating confirming she had passed the class and that a certificate would be sent and received within 2 to 5 business days. The certificate was not received. I verified that we had provided the right address in her account profile. It was correct Action I have taken over the last 4 weeks to attempt to recieve the certificate:Per instructions on the website: request a free replacement certificate if original was not received (this is through a hyperlink on the website) A confirmation email was not sent, and no certificate has been received I responded via the contact us link on the website (per instructions if certificate is not received) To which no response was received. I sent another message through this link 3 days later. No response was received. I have called and left messages 4 times now, to which I recieve a voice mail instructing me to state my name, childs name, reason for calling and my phone number (specifically to be repeated twice). I have followed these directions exactly. At this time, I have no alternate information to contact this company and they are out of my area. I have paid the fee in advance, and my child has completed the course. This company has both taken my fee without provision of the promised service, and this has negatively impacted my child creating delay in her ability to move forward. I have copious documentation of all of my attempts to reach this company that I can provide via attachment to email if needed. I want the certificate of completion provided, I feel my fee should be refunded due to unacceptable service.

      On Sept 25, I placed an online order for a Drivers Ed ********* After 5 days had passed with no workbook, I attempted to contact this business as instructed. Over the next two weeks, I tried emailing and calling multiple times with no answer or response. I eventually thought perhaps they arent in existence any more and my card wasnt actually charged, but when I got my statement yesterday, the card was charged on Sept 27.

      My son completed his driver's training class to get his permit through Cal-Driver-Ed. They sent us the certificate but when we got to the DMV, they wouldn't accept it because it wasn't signed. I called and left two messages to ask them to send me a signed copy. I also sent two emails as well as a request to have the certificate sent to us again (as stated on their website, they will resend if it's within 30 days). I haven't received any return calls or emails and have not received the certificate for him again either. I would like to have it sent to us asap or have our money refunded if they are not going to send the certificate.

      My son is 17 years of age.I ordered home study package for 28 dollars to get driving permit for him. Package never arrived. Nobody is respondong to my phone calls and emails. This company must be some kind of scam. Thank you.
