      On February 24, 2020, I purchased concert tickets from the CREST THEATER in ************** for a live performance of *********************** to take place on Tuesday, May 19, 2020 from 7:30 pm to 10:30pm.Due to covid 19, the concert was POSTPONED with a new date set for May 17, 2021.On Sunday, May 16, 2021, I received an e-mail from Tixel on behalf of the Crest theater advising the concert had now been CANCELLED. The e-mail gave two options - (1) receive a credit for a future concert and (2) receive a refund. I selected (2) refund.Since then, on a quarterly basis, I called the Crest Theater @ **************, asking for someone to contact me with the status of the refund. I have never received a return call to any of my inquiries.I request your assistance in getting the money I paid back Order # ********** - February 24, 2020 2 X reserved seating @ $85.00 each plus fees of $7.61 each for a total of $185.22.I am not sure how to get you support documents. Please call me to advise.Thank you for your assistance.

      I purchased two tickets for ************************* concert for Sept 23, 2020 that was posponed due to Covid. Received email on Sept 22, 2020 stating it was cancelled and we would be notified by email when it was rescheduled and that our tickets would be honored.I have left vm messages, text messages and called the ticket team and left message. The last vm message was sent on April 8, 2022. To date no response has been received. Info states that refund would be issued if the concert was at no fault of purchaser.I would like a refund. Two tickets at $127 ea for total of $327.59. Transaction number ********, Order #**********.Reason for late filing of claim is because no further action was necessary and we would be notified of new date.

      June 18th 2021 I purchased two tickets for the happy together tour for a total of $179.04. The tour was postponed and I have requested several refunds since the cancelation and have recieved no response. I formally requested a refund when the event was postponed, since that was an option. No response. I've called, emailed, left voice-mails, contacted via social media, ect. No response from this place. I just want my money back and I'm getting very frustrated. Please tell me what to do next!

      We check out messages regularly, so I'm not sure how this wasn't answered if the customer tried to contact us in several different methods. Order has been refunded. Should show up on the **** ending with **** in a few days.

      I purchased tickets for the March 2020 *********************** show which kept being put off due to the pandemic. I trusted the business to reschedule or refund the show but its now been nearly two years. I contacted them several times via email and phone but theres no response. They are open again for some time now but have not communicated with customers about this issue. I want a refund.

      Hello,

      The March 22, 2020 *********************** show was rescheduled three time, the first time to October 30, 2020, then May 22, 2021, then again to October 16, 2021. Below is the email we sent March 19, 2020 about the move to October 30, 2020:

      "A Message from Crest **********: Hey folks, Due to the ongoing covid-19 situation, the *********************** show is being moved to Friday, October 30. All tickets are automatically transferred. We look forward to seeing you there and appreciate your understanding. "

      Below is the email we sent on August 13, 2020 about the move to May 22, 2021 date:

      "A Message from Crest **********: Hey folks, Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the *********************** show on Friday, October 30 is being postponed to May 22, 2021. All tickets are automatically transferred. We look forward to seeing you there and appreciate your understanding.
      We are all in this together, 
      Crest **********"

      When the May 22 date was pushed to October 16, 2021, the following email was sent February 4, 2021:

      "Dear Fan, 

      The health and safety of all fans, performers, staff, and crew are our top priority amidst the current COVID-19 situation. 

      Because of this, the *********************** show on May 22nd has been reschduled to Saturday, October 16th. Please hold onto your ticket as it will be valid for the rescheduled date. In the case that this new date does not work for you, refunds are available by email us at ***************************************.

      Finally, two days before the event, a reminder email was sent out, a screencap of which is attached here. 

      All the while, the event with its new dates, were on our website where the customer bought the tickets. 

      I can't refute the calls or emails without a timeframe. During most of 2020 and into 2021, our phone message said to not leave a message as there would be nobody around to check it and instead email. Since we re-opened in ******* in September, the messages are checked regularly, as are the emails being sent to ***************************************.

      I am rejecting this response because I have searched my e-mail archives and find no such e-mails from Crest.  I see other e-mails from Crest advertising various things but no email providing information about the *********************** show.
      Further, they did not respond until I contacted BBB today.

      I reached out to ********** about a refund because I had not been feeling well and was told to contact the event organizer, Crest theater. I went to Crest theaters web page and read the refund policy regarding covid-19. I followed the instructions and submitted an email the day of the concert requesting a refund because I had not been feeling well. I never received a response back. Several days later I still had not been feeling well and made an appointment to go see my doctor for nausea and headaches and my doctor suspected I had covid-19 and administered a test. Even though ********** does not offer refunds, the sellers web page clearly states that refunds are going to be granted if you are not feeling well the day of the event. I would like to be refunded in full. The screenshots attached will show the communication chain and also proof of my ticket purchase. I have not received any response from Crest theater. Nor can you reach them via telephone because no one is there during the pandemic. I have read and attached several other customers that are experiencing the exact same problem with Crest theater non-responsiveness. They appeared you just want to keep your money. I tried to speed and it through ****** however because the 180 days have passed since purchase, they denied my claim right away. This gives a big advantage to companies that are scamming people when they know that our recourse is very limited due to time constraints for future and rescheduled event.
