I ordered a signed copy of the book "Long Train Running" for $45 plus shipping around April 21, 2022. It was supposed to be shipped May 18. I have not received the book nor any communication from Wonderful Union.Initial Complaint

On November 5, 2021 I placed an advanced order for a signed book through this company. Order # GC3723-110521-4CD1PUP. Total cost was $42.57 which I charged on this date. Delivery was promised first week of May. As of this date, I have not received the book. I have e-mailed the company and have not received a response.Initial Complaint

On November 5, 2021, I placed an order with Wonderful Union, from the ****** Brothers official website and pre-paid $39.50 for a book to be released May, 2022. I have yet to receive notification of a shipment and two emails to the support website have gone unanswered.The first email sent on May 11, I received an automated reply:On Wed, May 11, 2022 at 9:10 AM Support <***************************************> wrote:>> ------------------------------>> Hello *****,>> Your ticket (********) has been received and is being reviewed by our Fan Support team. I paid in advance (in November 2021) for an autobiography of the ****** Brothers to be released in 2022, Long Train Runnin. My credit card was almost immediately charged $39.80 and the book has now been released. However, despite being charged, I have not received it. In good faith I placed an order of over $250 on the website for the Eagles, for band merchandise. This website was through Wonderful Union. I placed this order on January 8, 2022, and as of today, May 7, 2022, I have yet to receive any items of the order, or the order in full. I sent multiple emails to the fan support, which turned out to simply be a response back from Wonderful Union, giving me a support number only to never be heard from again. I double-checked my bank account to make sure the amount was withdrawn, and it was withdrawn on January 8, the day I placed my order. I received one email about my order and the items I had requested. I later looked up the order on the website to find that the order sheet showed 'shipped' and a *** ground shipment number. However, it did not show the date of shipment, nor was the ground shipment number a known tracking number when I searched for it. Emails go ignored, finding a telephone number that works is impossible. At this late stage, almost 4 months later, I sincerely doubt I will ever see this merchandise.I am angry and frustrated that as a fan I made these purchases believing the merchandise would be sent through a reputable fan organization, and am very sad that the Eagles are being used so that a company can provide horrible customer service and blatantly steal money from fans.Initial Complaint
