      Placed a mobile order for taco Bell on 09/08/2023 in the amount of $41.98 Got home, opened the bag, & realized they did not give us our entire order & multiple items were incorrect. Not wanting to go back out, we tried to call the taco bell & make a complaint. Gave them another chance on 09/09/2023 which was $33.30 This time before leaving, we counted the items. They did in fact leave out multiple items. Since we just took the bag from them less than 1-2 minutes ago & hadn't left yet, we went to the counter to let them know we did not receive our entire order. The employee asked my husband when he picked up & asked if he had a receipt. He told the employee he was literally in there a minute ago & said he needed to step out to the car to get the receipt. When he went back inside to showed the employee, he stated "well, they said they made the burrito." In response we told them "you might have made one, but it's not with our order & would like everything we had paid for. The employee was treating us like ****************** He asked us to check the bag again. So we emptied the entire bag. Still, we were not counting the whole order. The employee was refusing to check the order himself, refused to make us the missing items, & was very rude. We then told the employee "If you're not going to make this right by giving us what we paid for, you can have what you did give us back & I want a refund." The employee again was very rude, refused to do his job, & also refused a refund. He stated that since it was done on the app he can't. So we took the partial order home & checked the items we did get. It was a mess, almost every item was wrong. Even the new ************* was missing toppings & looked disgusting and nothing like advertised. Everything that had a hard shell (including the pizza) was so broken and soggy, you couldn't pick it up to eat it without everything falling apart. These employees need to be fired for the way they are known for treating customers.
