    On 5/12/23, I placed an order with the Madison Avenue Florist where I ordered a basket of flowers that was supposed to have red tulips and red lilies in there, where I also specified that any other flowers in there was fine to use as long as it had red tulips, red lilies, and was in a basket. The lady who took my order said that would be done, but it did not have red tulips nor was it in a basket. I myself work at a flowershop and am a member in the same network as them, so I know that their POS should specify which employee took the order, as I do not know who it was. We spoke about this specific order during two phone calls that day, and she assured me that the order total would be within $150 (as that was the *** that I provided) and that it would be in a basket with red tulips and red lilies, and any other filler flowers they wanted to use. I was charged a little over $180, so above the agree price point, and the order was not in a basket nor did it have tulips in it. It had peonies in there because I asked if they had peonies available, to which I was told "no". I attempted to contact this shop for months about the order being messed up, but I was never contacted again after being told that I would be called back or told to email them. My card company didn't accept my dispute because I gave them my card number, even though it was not the amount or the item that I was promised. I did not agree to pay a total of $180 nor was I told I would be receiving something different. After multiples contact attempts and finally getting to speak to the manager about getting a refund, she refused because she put ******* in the order and it became a loss for her, despite it not being as I had ordered. I was not even given the option for a redelivery of the correct product. The manager was also very rude and condescending, feeling entitled to say that I didn't spend very much for Mother's Day despite the order being botched by the shop.
