      I want to address some important details that were not included in your review, to clarify the situation.
      When you first contacted us from an iCloud email address, our system could not find an active account linked to that email. To ensure we could assist you correctly, we responded promptly, requesting additional information such as your subscription number or the email address associated with your account. Unfortunately, we did not receive a response to our request.


      On July 22nd, we received another email from the same iCloud address, again asking to cancel the account. We responded on the same day, again asking for the necessary details to proceed with the cancellation, but did not receive a response.


      We strive to provide prompt and effective service, and our team made multiple attempts to obtain the information needed to fulfill your request. We regret that we couldn't resolve this matter sooner due to the lack of response.


      As mentioned in our previous email correspondence, we would be happy to offer you a 50% discount on a future order if you decide to try our service again. We value your business and would like to make things right.

      Do not buy from Trifecta! I signed up and received a hot box of food, 2 small melted ice packs were in box. I had to throw it all out. I emailed Trifecta and spoke with someone on the phone. She said she was sending another box. I told her no, I want to cancel and I will be out of town anyways. She assured me that I would receive a refund which I did, and that I would not receive anything else from them. We came home after a weekend away and there is a Trifecta box sitting in the sun, 84 degrees here. Opened it, hot food again and two small ice packs, one exploded and leaked everywhere in box. I just emailed them again and now about to call Amex to reverse the charge. What a hassle and mess!

      Hello *******,

      I reviewed your past correspondence including the phone conversation you had with our agent. On that call, she informed you she would fully refund the box of food that was compromised due to the heat (which she processed during the call) and that she would issue a 2nd, partial refund on the 2nd box to match your 50% discount you were intending to utilize on the first box. You confirmed all of the above and said, "Thank you". I'm happy to share to the recording as well.

      Later in the call, you asked her to cancel the subscription, which she promptly did over the phone for you.

      Canceling the subscription does not cancel any order that has already been charged and entered into production. It simply deactivates the recurring billing cycle to prevent further orders from being processed. So when you canceled, the second order that had processed prior to you canceling, becomes your final delivery.

      With all this said, I will still process the refund you on your second delivery. I'm sorry the experience did not meet expectations and hope you can give us another chance in the future to make things right!

      I placed one order with the company to take advantage of a discount offer and try it out. I called and cancelled on 1/1/2024 because I was going to be out of town for a few months for work. Weeks later I got a call from a coworker saying I got a delivery of a Trifecta box. I called the company to see why they sent another box. They told me that I reactivated my account 4 days after they cancelled it. That isnt even possible as I did not have internet access at that time. The guy on the phone was rude, argumentative and told me they would not refund me. He then told me to just call your bank and claim its fraud. What kind of advice is that from a company??? I highly discourage doing business with such an unethical company with horrible customer service.

      Upon reviewing your account, we found that the initial cancellation request was processed when you first contacted us as you mentioned. However, our system records show that the account was reactivated later that week by by the customer. Please note that only the account holder or someone with the account login credentials can reactivate the account through the login screen. We have precise timestamps indicating when this action occurred.


      If you did not reactivate the account yourself and suspect unauthorized access, it would indeed be classified as a fraudulent activity. In such cases, the standard protocol is to contact your financial institution to report the fraud. Banks and credit card companies have established procedures to handle such issues and can assist in disputing the charges.


      We apologize if the interaction with our representative was not up to your expectations. We strive to provide excellent customer service, andI can assure you that if you believe the timestamp of reactivating the account was not done by yourself and was unauthorized, then the advice the agent gave you was correct and sound.

      Exactly what everyone else says, but worse for me as I never even selected order, but you have to put all your info in to even see the meal options. I closed the web page after seeing the options knowing that it was complete garbage and what do they do, Charge my card and sent out boxes anyways. Called to cancel they didn't, just charged me again and sent out another box full of garbage. Called again, well they told me I never called before. Bull crap!!!! Terrible company, please run, not walk away from this complete garbage. Terrible customer service, but you can tell they are used to stealing from people so they are prepared with "its all your fault" speech!

      Upon reviewing our records, we found that your 2nd order was placed prior to your contact to cancel your account. We also have timestamps indicating that you contacted us to cancel the order less than 7 days before the scheduled delivery. Unfortunately, this was after our cutoff date for stopping the second delivery, and we regret any inconvenience this may have caused.


      Regarding your cancellation request, we strive to handle cancellations promptly and accurately. We apologize if there was any misunderstanding or if our service did not meet your expectations during your interactions with us.       Disastrous company - a total marketing farce. The food was INEDIBLE. I'm not a picky eater by any stretch of the imagination but omg was it awful. The Chef's selection was laughable - they just sent us 6 of the same meal out of 7 meals. I thought choosing that would be nice to take the guesswork out of it, but nope just all the same terrible food. They ship these on Friday and charge the same day for the following week, so you'd have to prepare yourself and set up your second week to skip in order to not pay for 2 weeks when signing up. $100/week for absolute trash. Horrible customer service, impossible to get a hold of, and refuse to refund you anything. I'll be disputing with my credit card company on the grounds of it being advertised as better than some of the other meal services up there like Factor and Freshly but it is ******x worse. RUN FAR AWAY THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND MAKE YOU VOMIT!!!!!!

      The food was disgusting, we tried to eat them and pretty much tossed them after trying to finish them. The whole order was at a discount so I just put my orders on hold until I was done with the first order, so I wouldnt get charged for the next weeks. After a month I was as ready to cancel, I found a better meal delivery service hat was cheaper and the food is amazing. I went to cancel the trifecta, but he only way is to call. So I called and deactivated my subscription with ******, it was very easy, she asked me why and I was honest about the food not being very good, etc. after the call, I get a confirmation email from her that my account was deactivated and I will receive my last order next week. . . . I was confused because no order was mentioned during our phone conversation just minutes ago. I was furious! I just told her I didnt like the food, so why would t she tell me that I was getting another order! When I checked the bank account, there was a pending charge for over 300 bucks! For food that I wont eat! When I contacted them about this - they basically blamed me, that the customer is responsible for managing their account, you should have cancelled sooner, the order is already processed, not shipped but we cant stop it and no returns. I was furious! I explained again this is a mistake, cancel the order please, I do not want this food. Basically their hands are tied by policy, and I should have read the fine print. But his business saw an opportunity to charge me full price for food they have to trouble giving away, let alone selling. There was not heads up email, about an upcoming order, or payment. Just charged it cause they could. This company is very suspicious, not trustworthy, and is only after your money. I wish I had know. About the 100% money back guarantee sooner, I could have gotten some money back from them. Do not do business with Trifecta Nutrition, you will regret it!

When you deactivated your subscription with our representative, the final order had already been processed, which is why you received a confirmation email stating that you would receive one last order.       Our policy is to notify Trifecta within 7 days or greater to cancel without another order being processed. Unfortunately, once an order enters the production phase, we cannot cancel it. I also want to stress that this isn't simply 'policy'. Pulling/canceling an order after it enters production is not something we can accommodate due to the nature and scale of our nationwide operation.

      Awful customer ************** of use.There is absolutely no warning sent out to remind of upcoming orders if they havent been skipped. They only send notice once its already shipped and then are unable to provide support of any kind changing the delivery. Now Ive got a perishable shipment arriving while Im away so it will simply spoil & neither ***** nor shipper (due to the way Trifecta batch ships on a pallet) can help me change the delivery address or timing. They also dont offer the option to simply click cancel, make you jump through extra steps to talk to customer service to cancel - making it even more likely that youll end up with an accidental, ****** expensive order.

I checked your interaction with our rep and I can assure you that if she could have stopped, changed or updated the order she would have. I noticed you have been skipping for several weeks, since we are a weekly subscription service orders are to be expected weekly - We commonly reccomend a calendar reminder on your cell phone around lunch time on Fridays as a fail safe! As for cancelling, we just ask that people reach out to us to cancel so we can let them know if they have any pending orders. Also, the vast majority of cancellations have a quick and easy fix and if not, it allows us to gather feedback so we can continue to improve both our product and service as a company. A quick call, chat on the webite or simple email more than suffices. If you would like another order in the future, please reach out and ask for me by name and I would be happy to apply an additional, extra discount or promo item for you and also make sure your account is set up properly to prevent this from happening agian in the future!

      I received Trifecta meals for three weeks:Week 1: Paid an introductory price with a discount. I ordered 14 Keto meals with about 7 - 8 different varieties and they came well packaged. They do come with a plastic vacuum top but that did not bother me. The meals were not like the ones advertised but I could see what the ingredients were. I was not crazy about the taste, it was a bit *****, but it was not bad enough that I could not eat it and I thought maybe, just maybe it is was just the first week's options. Fast forward, I thinkit was a complete setup for a big letdown.Week 2: I ordered 14 Keto meals and this time they only sent 3 different varieties of meals. I could not believe it. I had multiple duplications, and when I sent customer service a complaint, they informed me that it was because I did not eat Pork and gave me an $80 discount. I originally paid $234. All three of the meals were chicken, and the selection was horrible. After eating each meal twice, I had to throw out the others because I could not stomach another one of the meals. I feel like they should have only charged me for only 3 meals. I wish I could have canceled my next order, but it was too late.Week 3: I had only ordered 10 Paleo Meals, just globs of food. You could not tell what the ingredients were; they were the most disgusting things I ever tasted. I could not even get them down. I ate about 4 - 5 and threw away the rest. This was one of the most expensive meal plans and the worse experience andI tried BistroMD, CookUnity and Factor.Unfortunately, I had to cancel. **************** reach out and made a suggestion to change to the Classic Plan where you can select your meals but when I responded they never got back to me. I have wasted money on this meal service.

      An issue with delivery resulting in me receiving 'meals' that were already thawed and subsequently thrown in the garbage, prompted me to write this review. When I was first notified late yesterday by *****, that there was going to be an issue with delivery I called trifecta twice, tried to chat with them twice and finally got through to a 'human" after the third call. I tried to explain my concern over the delivery delay and hoped to receive some form of an acceptable solution. Even after I reminded her that we were discussing perishable food items, I was repeatedly told I wouldn't be able to cancel or refuse the delivery, and would not recieve a refund because delivery was still scheduled within thier "delivery window". I once again reminded her that we were discussing perishable food items and that it would not be in anyone's best interest if the consumer was to receive their most likely inedible meals, a day late, already thawed, and subsequently posing a food safety hazard. Once again, I got the ' delivery window' ******** eventually had to just hang up or the conversation would have gone on endlessly. I did have the opportunity to cancel my subscription before I hung up. The letter confirming my cancellation included the line ' have a great day at the bottom, and I just took that as insulting. Do yourself a favor, skip Trifecta! I spent 120 bucks on food that was thrown in the trash.

I looked into this and I am sorry to see that ***** was held up for some reason and while yes it did arrive within the delivery window, the meals were not in acceptable shape by then. I see that our rep issued a refund for the entire order. I can assure you that the message 'have a great day' is genuine and part of how we train our reps to try and leave our customers with a positive experience.       Awful good. Awful customer service. Awful product. Need I say more? The other reviewers are right. The protein in the meals are so dry and hard to chew on. Spent 120 for food that i end up giving to my dog :( FYI the meat( the most important part) is NOT organic
