I found an ad for furniture sale and finance options on ******** so I message the owner who posted the add and asked if it was no money down and starting payments after a 100 days he said yes but that wasnt the case I bought the set and was lied to about the finance options its 100 day buy out so now Im in a contract paying over $2000 more for my set than what I was supposed to.Business response

Application is always done with contract between client and leasing company and signed by client through their phone/mail.If they choose ****** days its interest free but if they choose longer period its as per they have signed contract with the leasing company.We didnt charge or take any extra money from any clients. On February 9th I went to purchase to bed set for my children. They were supposed to be delivered the following Friday. Which would have been February 16 we waited all Friday around 4 oclock. I went to the store and ask do you know when with my things going to be delivered? The owner said that their trucks were vandalized and someone was hat contacted me and told me that my delivery date was pushed back. I told him nobody contacted me so he calls them in front of me and see if they can deliver. They said yes he called me back and said that one but will be delivered and the other guy will be delivered on Monday and I said absolutely not my kids need a bed to sleep in tonight and then he gets mad at me for not understanding and tells me I need to work on myself. Also, I paid the taxes in cash. I was financing the bed sets and he will not give me my money back.Business response

This place lied upon arrival this man said he had warranty on his furniture he does not had I had known that I wouldve have left. I wanted a bed for my mother for her bday well he runs my credit approves me for scynchrony gives me no paperwork says he sent to email promised me the items would not be bad quality or fall apart since I saw some furniture falling apart in store I questioned it I made it perfectly clear about my ************** and my moms bed that u would not have anything falling apart or low quality he also promised delivery n set up for both table chairs and bed comes to my house leaves ************** no set up at ***************************************************************************************************************************************************************************** upset of course and the manager told me to get the f*** out she says I dont give a god **** h*** I start recording with phone she stopped !!! They make them selves to be such good people to sell the product once u buy it they dont care what you do I have asked for my money back so many times even before they ordered the stuff that same day I told them to hold off on it and they said it was too late but it wasnt they cant be trusted they lied says they have warranty they do not and if I were to know i would have walked straight out this guy also told me u get wat u pay for im done with him I want a full refund I dont work with liars thieves or crooked salesmen his daughter yelled n cussed other girl laughed at the thing and they are unprofessional and shouldnt be in business Thieves liars and their products are a complete jokeBusiness response
