Thank you for bringing the customer complaint regarding the product, ***** Flour 8LB, to our attention. We appreciate the opportunity to address this matter and clarify our position.
The customer visited our store to return the product, expressing dissatisfaction with its taste. The customer wanted the refund, however, he did not provide a purchase receipt, and the product was more than half used.Our store manager explained our return policy, which requires a receipt for any return or exchange. This policy is clearly displayed at our checkout counters.
To further assist the customer, our manager suggested contacting the vendor directly, as their contact information is provided on the back of the product packaging. This step was recommended so the customer could express his concerns about the product's taste and other concerns directly to the manufacturer, who is better equipped to address issues related to product quality and taste. Additionally, we sell packaged products that are supplied to us by the vendor, and we sell these products as they are received.
We strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. However, to ensure fairness and consistency in our operations, we must adhere to our established return policies. We regret that we could not accommodate the customer's request for a refund under the circumstances presented. Additionally, we would like to clarify that our store manager handled the situation professionally and respectfully, contrary to the customer's claim of inappropriate behavior.We appreciate your understanding and hope this response provides clarity on the matter.
