I placed an order for a gun on 12/9/2023 for $3,750 with the expectation that the gun will be delivered in few months. ****** and ****** were responsive in the beginning, but as time went on they became less and less responsive to my inquiries for delivery until they just stopped responding in May of 2024. As of now 5 months later, I still don't have the gun I ordered, my requests for refund goes unanswered.Initial Complaint

Purchased a fire arm from them on their website On Feb 13. Financed the firearm through the company they work with specifically. Since the purchase I have heard nothing from them. I have never received my firearm. I have asked them to refund my account several times. Im still having to pay my loan off on something I never received.Business response

** this customer bought a firearm that he couldnt afford. After financing the firearm he messaged me and wanted to cancel the order, which I did right away. I dont finance these items myself. There is a company that my website company contracts with who does all the financing. They were going through a transition during the time this customer financed his firearm. His loan is cancelled as well as the firearm he ordered. I gave him the information he needed, as well as the finance company when he applied for his loan. I have requested his loan be canceled, which it has, but only he can get info on the loan. They wont give me detailed information on his loan. There is no refund to give because he financed it and chose to make payments. This customer has been impossible to please, *** tried everything in my power but he thinks I should ***** miracles and can do things I cant do. I told him to call the loan company and tell them to cancel his loan, and then the loan company will call me to verify the firearm hasnt been delivered. He hasnt done that or anything to get the outcome he desires. I have done everything on my part but he still feels the need to badmouth my business and act like ** doing him wrong. Hes the first and only customer to ever say a bad thing about me or my business and I have nothing but ******* reviews and comments from all my customers.
