            I order Zeus smith machine Z series 2.0 for 12/24/2021 for $3200. After the first 8 weeks of waiting when they said it would be delivered by, I never received it. After several months going back and fourth through email, phone calls and one excuse after another I tried to get a hold of them for a refund just to find out their website is gone and no way of contacting them.             I placed my order for Equipment machine 2.0 and some add on weights etc. to the tune of around $4,300 back in Dec. of 2021. Was told the same BS excuses on delivery etc. and all the same type delays and excuses. Got the dear **** email on June 29, 2022 from Roze Fitness, that they were going out of business and "Closing Business" effective June 29, 2022. I can assure you that I am going to go after the owner and anyone else that committed FRAUD along the way. I am in CA., and plan on hiring an Attorney friend from a major law firm to go after these people. Has anyone else started the process and have any contact info. for the owners and employees of Roze Fitness or Zues Strong Fitness.
