Complaints we have received for Roze Fitness (formerly Zeus Fitness) appear to contain a pattern of similar allegations. Complainants have generally alleged that their orders have not been delivered, despite numerous promises and explanations being made by the company.
On July 7th and July 14th, 2022 BBB wrote to Roze Fitness requesting an explanation for these allegations. As of today's date the company has not responded.

I order Zeus smith machine Z series 2.0 for 12/24/2021 for $3200. After the first 8 weeks of waiting when they said it would be delivered by, I never received it. After several months going back and fourth through email, phone calls and one excuse after another I tried to get a hold of them for a refund just to find out their website is gone and no way of contacting them. Bought a $3500 home gym 11/24/21 was told 3 weeks for shipping, Product never came called to check and they said 1 mor month. This continued. Got a therapy gun and some lifting straps as a appreciate you waiting. fwe months later company decides to sell to ROZE fitness and then Roze fitness says the equipment is being unloaded and will be shipped out in 2 weeks or so. Call again and find out the company closed and no money was returned and no equipment was sent. $3500 and no equipment sent!!!! cant upload documents on this computer but all emails were sent to credit card company for dispute. they said since passed 60 days cant help but to go to BBB... so here I amInitial Complaint

On 5/29/2022 I purchased the Zeus 3.1 Fitness Rack and attachments from Roze Fitness for $4,680.00. Roze Fitness was pod in full and gave a 4 to 8 week window for delivery and assembly in my home. On 6/29/2022, I received an email from “Zeus Strong” (doing business as Roze Fitness) indicating the company had gone out of business due to funding, “supply chain issues,” and Covid. I sent the company an email requesting a refund with no response. I contacted the company via telephone, followed the female voice recording prompts And waited on line but the telephone line was disconnected; twice! To date, I have not received a refund and I have not received any merchandise nor any correspondence from the company. If the company has gone out of business it is their obligation to refund money they took from me. Not refunding money is theft!Initial Complaint

I purchased a zeus 3.0 Z series rack and smith machine from Zeus fitness equipment out of California. My Order number was 1659. I used Affirm digital credit card for the purchase. Original card amount= $4,200 Down Payment= $200 Financed amount= $4,000 Interest = +$241.28 Total of payments= $4,241.28 I purchased this machine during the holiday special that Zeus Fitness Equipment was running. Included was the rack, smith machine, bench, bumper plates and 1-18 accessories shown in advertisement. I ordered mid October of 2021 and didn’t receive my order until mid/late April. I unboxed the large shipping crates and assembled the gym equipment in my basement. After assembly I contacted Zeus many times about fulfilling my order of missing parts/wrong color machine and such. Later The company became Roze fitness equipment and I was told the representative I was dealing with no longer worked for them. I was told Roze was coming in to help the company and get it back on its feet. My new representative in June assured me I would receive all my missing parts, addons and accessories within a couple of weeks. The representative gave me his company person number to contact him if I did not receive items within 2-3 weeks. I tried calling this number in July but it had been disconnected. I tried calling Roze directly but the phone just rings with no answer. Their website, ******** page, Instagram and internet advertisements have been taken down. I assume their shutdown I reached out to Affirm who helped me finance this large purchase and told me they would not help me because the purchase is over 60 days old. I have all emails sent and received from Zeus and Roze fitness on their commitments to fulfill my order plus additional addon for my troubles for the past 8 months. I am hoping I can recover some of the cost of this equipment so I can purchase the addons and accessories from a different company that I did not receive from Zeus/Rose.Initial Complaint

In January I purchased a package of fitness equipment. They said 5 days from the time it was received in the warehouse. Several weeks past and I called to find out they had issues with shipping from China. I continued to check in, particularly when the company changed names. They identified it as merging with a larger company as well as manufacturing items in the states to expedite. Long story short I finally received a shipment in June. Upon completion of putting the equipment together it was noted that almost all of the attachments to the equipment were not sent and a couple other bolts/items were missing. I tried to call several times and then there phones were out of order. Now I look and there website for Zeus and Roze are no longer functioning. The attachments for this equipment will cost hundreds of dollars to procure even if I could obtain for this actual piece of equipment. The team seemed sincere and I wanted to believe they were honestly providing as advertised but now I see this may not be the case. Please help me out in identifying what recourse I may have in obtaining the equipment or a refund of the value. The attached screen shots show the attachments that were to be included (other than the safety hooks and rope no other items were provided). I ordered a Zeus 3.0 Holiday Bundle home gym 1/15/2022. My credit card paid the advertised price in the amount of $4193.15 From Zeus Fitness---as advertised on their website--- they've since changed their name to Roze Fitness and are advertising the same all-in-one machine, now labeled as Roze equipment. The only registered owner for both businesses is Robert ********. Seller promised delivery mid-March. Emailed me in mid-April that I'd get delivery "soon". Sent me a fake Bill of Lading June 10 stating my equipment "has shipped". I contacted the freight company on the BOL and was told they canceled pickup due to inability to reach vendor. I went to vendor's warehouse 6/21/2022. He was angry that I'd come to his business "unannounced". He told me he didn't have my container, that it was still at the shipyard and he was having trouble finding trucks to carry the containers ( the size of a casket, roughly) He showed me the shipment statement from the shipyard (Starlink in Oakland)-- I called the shipyard and gave them the container number--they've had the container since May and are AWAITING PAYMENT from Robert/Roze before they'll release-- so it's not a problem with trucks, it's a problem with his finances. Vendor has now blocked me on his personal and business phones. Multiple people are on his social media complaining that he's failed to deliver AND will not refund their money. I don't recall signing any contract allowing him to take 6 months to deliver, and that's not what he promised anyway.
