This school is really bad! We looked into this school for months, everything looked amazing. Buyers remorse! We signed up for a lifetime,so even our grandkids could use this. We used it for maybe 2 months and went to a different school. There was no parent portal to check programs, progress, my kids were bored with it and they flew through the "courses". I have sent countless emails since September 2023 and no response. The only one I did ger back at the beginning of September was that we were out of the "30 day money back guarantee" when we signed up, I never saw anything about a guarantee. False advertising. I wouldn't suggest this school to my worst enemy.

In September of 22, we purchased a lifetime homeschool subscription for our family. Was told on the website there would be transcripts as well as certificates given for completed classes for our records. I emailed the company numerous times for access, questions pertaining to records, as well as curriculum assistance and was given false information. First they told me the certificates would show up at the end of the month upon completion of the class, then it was the beginning of the month, then it was at the end of the term (school year), none of which was true. Unfortunately, I missed the 30 day money back guarantee because I was waiting for the classes to be completed by my students only to find out there are no records, transcripts, or certificates given in the student portfolios. They also claim to be a complete curriculum with graded assignments when submitted, one of my students completed multiple assignments and submitted them but they were never graded by teachers as they claim to be, and without those assignments being able to be completed after submission, the class was not able to show as completed. There are very few if any tests, assignments, quizzes, or any retention type questions to see where youre student is at academically. I emailed again at the end of the year to ask for the 3rd time about all of this and now they wont return any type of reply. If a zero star option was available, thats what theyd get.

On 8/21/22, I paid for an online homeschool curriculum for my family. After paying, it took a few days to get them registered and gain access to the classes. Before we started, I emailed to make sure how long the trial was, and before 30 days were up, we realized this was not a full year curriculum with comprehension questions, quizzes and tests like we had assumed. So, I canceled our enrollment on 9/16/22. Our access was removed immediatley, but the refund never came through. I did receive an email on 11/14/23 from *************************** that since the price had increased, the system wasn't refunding the lower price I had paid, but was assured it would be handled in a few days. I have emailed over a dozen times and called many times. However, I am no longer getting any responses to emails, ******** messages or online chats and the phone only goes to a recording each time. This company owes me almost $300. It's wrong and they shouldn't be able to treat people like this.
