      I bought a ring from the jewelry store last year in august, three diamonds fell out the ring so took the ring into the store and ask for it to be fixed and let them know I had previous issues with there jewelry and I felt with the general manager. The general manager wasn’t in so the assistant manager stated to me to go and find another ring and that’s what I did, mind you not I came into the store to get my ring repaired, not once did I ask for a new ring. However I found a new ring and the assistant manager told me to hang right while she get an approval for the new ring. The assistant manager came from the back and stated that the general manager was in the phone and would like to speak with me, I got on the phone with the general manager and he stated to me there was nothing they could do for me and that my year was up in September, I stated to the general manager the it’s only august it hasn’t been a year yet, the general manager continued to state to me there is nothing they could do , so I left the store and told them I would contact BBB and while driving the assistant manager called me and stated to me to bring my ring back that I have a lifetime warranty and I stated to her what the general manager said to me “that he couldn’t do anything for me” the assistant told me to please bring the ring back so they could fix it , I brought the ring back and the assistant manager said it’ll be done by Friday. I let the store and got a few text from the general manager very apologetic stating I can go back to the store and pick a new ring out that cost more than the ring I already had brought back to get fix, fair trade without extra cost. I go out my way to drive clear across town to pick out a new ring for the second time, and when I picked the ring out, the employee stated he had to go to the back to get an approval, Iwaited and the employee came out and stated, my original ring is in its way and I could just take my old ring which confused me again. I left the ring

      I am rejecting this response because: the general manager did not state to me anything about a warranty that’s why he was so apologetic, I would like for them to keep the ring and refund what I have paid on it and close all contracts, I will no longer deal with this company, this is the second time this company had items that went faulty, my first ring changes colors from a silver to a brown rusty color and now there are diamonds constantly falling out my second ring, I just want to be done with this company, when I came in I asked for it to be fixed because my husband passed away on the 26th of July and I need my ring, the company insisted that I pick out a new one and then sent me in a wild goose chase. I just want to be done with this company

      I am rejecting this response because: the lifetime warranty is for every customer not just me, I have a deceased husband that pass away last month, I don’t have time to keep taking this ring back and forth because of the fake diamonds falling out, the assistant manager stated to me that this will keep happening with this certain ring and I will have to keep returning to the store to get it fixed. With that being said, I DO NOT want the ring anymore this is the second ring from this store I have had issues with and had to contact BBB. Please take your ring back and cancel the contract , this is how bad I do not want to deal with this company anymore, I DONT EVEN WANT A REFUND FOR THE MONEY IVE OAID ON IT, TAKE IT AND PLEASE REMOVE YOURSELF FEOM MY LIFE. I will not return to the store to pick it up, cancel the contract and go.

Planning and attempting to manipulate me for my money after payment was confirmed and in their computer is a crime and I want to press charges for this devilish act of professional ignorance..

This was not an attempt to collect a debt, Our records list that you spoke with one of the associates and were informed of this.       I purchased a titanium carbon ring at milestonz they charged me 400$ and I got the ring and it's magnetic which titanium is not. And is completely fake and they don't offer returns. it has a Chinese stamp on the inside and says titanium

      My old address received a collections letter from the business in regard to a debt collection matter. I am disputing this debt due to identity theft. Someone has been assuming my identity for several years and using my personal information as theirs. I have contacted the company several times disputing this debt and the company has taken no action. I confirm this is not my debt and I have no knowledge of this debt. It is my request that they remove this debt from my credit profile and their company records since it was used illegally and unknowingly. If this debt is not removed, further legal or federal actions will be enforced (i.e. claims court, **** complaint, lawsuit, or DFPI complaint). Due to the copious amount of identity theft with my information, I am a part of the Secretary of State Safe at Home Program, which protects my personal information from being public and keeps my identity protected. In addition, I was granted a confidential name change that only the Secretary of State Program knows and am not at liberty to disclose for my protection.I have submitted a complaint to both the **** and DFPI for assistance in getting this fraudulent debt removed.

      03-06-21 it may seem like such a while ago along time ago but that was because I was waiting to get the proof I needed to show that in fact, the necklace they gave me was not my necklace. It was a total fake so three weeks prior to this date I came into Milestone to have links removed on my ******* toggle necklace and everything was great. They were going to remove a few links then the day that I was supposed to come and pick it up I called to see if it was ready the manager at the time said that they needed more time like another week and a half which you guys have a two week standard of if you dont pick up your necklace after 30 days its forfeited. so I brought that up as a concern and she said she would change the date on it to a further date fast forward three weeks I come in to pick it up and I get a weird vibe when I come in the manager, at the time was a short haired skinny lady who was completely rude and unprofessional and I told him I was here to pick up my necklace and she said to the girl working the counter. Make sure you get the money first because I suggested that I wanted to see my necklace before I left and walked out the door which I thought that was a weird statement and completely rude so when she opened it out of the little manila envelope outcomes, this fake brassy necklace and when I showed the girl at the counter pictures that I had of my necklace that I took the day I was coming in I said, does that look like the same necklace to you and she even agreed with me and said no it does not and then, when I turn to the manager who was brushing me off and trying to sell earrings to some older lady, she said call the cops I said please do call the cops because I have a report to make. She was being a compliant and not helping whatsoever and unfortunately I had to pick up my son at the time from school so until I can speak with someone who is going to help me, I wanted to have proof from Tiffanys where I purchased my necklace. And yes, I shouldve took it there to get I wanted to wear it to a wedding and because of Covid they were two months booked out, if I wouldve known that this was going to be the outcome I wouldve never went here and I wouldve made sure that this company would be shut down for what they do to people its not right my grandmother gave me that necklace and now what I have left is a bike chain I probably never shouldve left that day without my necklace, but I wanted proof from Tiffanys themselves and somebody who would actually help me get my necklace back and not threaten to call the cops on me. Somebody who seem guilty of stealing somebodys necklace would only jump to that resolution , if it was somebody who was innocent and had nothing to do with stealing my necklace, they would want to help a good customer get to the bottom of it and the fact that they didnt even want me to open a manila envelope inside the store to to see that they had swapped out my necklace shows that the company itself had something to do with it or their employees . I want my necklace back or one of the same value which was a real Tiffanys toggle necklace. Nothing less nothing more here is your proof. not to mention the bike chain that they swapped my Tiffanys toggle necklace out with is longer with the links, the remaining links that they gave me back from my actual necklace is longer than it my necklace entirely as you see in the pictures below, and you can clearly see the difference between the two necklaces as one is some kind of brassy nickel, and the other one is pure sterling silver. This needs to be made right I will take further action legally.

      I opened account with Milestone Jewelry to build my credit. I was told in person and on paper that if I make my payments on time, Milestone Jewelry will report to all 3 credit bureaus. Upon having my account open for more then 5 months I reviewed all 3 credit reports and found that Milestone Jewelry was only reporting to one instead of all 3. The one Milestone Jewelry is reporting to is ************ I called spoke to Manager at ******** ** location where I opened account. She said she contacted the office that's in charge of reporting. They only fixed the the problem only on *********** but still have not reported to the other 2 credit bureaus. I plan to file law suit after this step and go to Media if problem don't get solved here and this will give me proof that Milestone Jewelry is Breaching their Contract.

      I sent a broken wedding ring in for repair,and when I got it back it didn't quite fit right so I didn't wear it for about a week but when I did put it on and looked at it as I have done for the last sixteen years. I noticed it didn't look right. Upon closer examination under magnifying glass and a black light , I noticed some diamonds have been swapped out, there was no stones to be replaced in this fix, I could see the diamonds in question had been worked on the ring itself, so I went to the store that sent it out, to show and explain my problem. And the managers response was " he wouldn't do that" I asked how do you know that? She responded she guaranteed he didn't do that, I asked were you there when he fixed it? She responded no, then I asked, how do you guarantee that? I explained I know my ring, I've had it on for sixteen years. So she tested the diamonds, the stones not in question climbed the meter real fast and the ones in question barley made the test. and I said you can see the quality is different in those stones , she responded we don't carry quality diamonds, I explained if you look under scope or magnifying glass you can see where the stones had been worked and her response was we don't have a magnifying glass. What jewelers store doesn't? I pulled one from my pocket and she wouldn't even look at it. She took a picture with her phone said she would call me. And I started to leave and asked for the owners info and she stated they don't have access to the owner . We'll the owner sold me my rings and at that time my family did a lot of business with the owner and I remembered his name, so I stated on the way out, that's OK I know how to get ahold of ****, and I left as I was driving home my wife called and said the store called and said I forgot to leave my ring, that was never an option when I was in store. And there was no way at that point I was going to leave my wedding ring. It will never be the same. I feel violated, that was a special ring.
