To whomever it may concern,Hi contracted with the business to do landscaping of my front yard, There was no communication about what they were in a plant wear and they just decided to plant around the landscape without talking to me or my husband, We paid for lighting and irrigation the lighting was completed by them however the transformer they used was placed in the garage and the directions for the transformer specifically state not a place in the shaded area so of course my lighting does not work. In addition, ***** to start of the project a gentleman from the company brought rock and instead of placing the rock away from my neighbors they put it in front of my neighbors driveway blocking the poor neighbor, And then during work I saw the employees Trespassing into my neighbors yard to sit under the tree During their brakes, I was horrified and humiliated.Business response

Our company and project managers always receive approval from an on-site homeowner to make sure plants are being correctly placed, our project manager received verbal approval from the clients husband on site, each time a plant was placed. We soon came to a realization that the client and her husband were not in agreement as to their wishes for the yard, however we still proceeded to credit the client for the plants . (Proof of Credit attached) Regarding the lighting, we removed all lighting when the client originally expressed her concerns and refunded the client for this as well. (Proof of refund for lighting attached) All the work charged in invoice was completed in a professional manner and is still in place, we have received no complaints regarding the front yard landscaping work. (Photos of completed clients current front yard installed by Living Elements landscaping are attached) We always strive to do what we can to resolve a clients concerns, as we did with this client/ project.
