I've contact the Cutter Law P.C. firm twice and no one returns my calls. They really don't care about the small guys. I've called for a product liability issue and a class action suit and both times I've been ignored and no one followed up with me.Review from Albert M

Since there is not an option for 0 stars, BBB's rating system is flawed! This law firm mislead me, stole my money, and is withholding my rightful settlement money(the little tiny bit they claim to be letting go of) But it's been almost a year, and I received a check for less than 30% of what I was supposed to have been awarded. That small check bounced and now I owe Amscot money that they call and remind me of daily! These are larconist's! Not attorney's! Rude all the way around.... Once you ************! They GOT YOU! The lack of decorum with which Cutter Law P.C. has been appalling following initial contact with the firm. During the initial intake the legal secretary was informative and responsive, but once the retainer agreement was signed and the initial information package provided for review communication and engagement changed drastically. The last communication that I received from the law firm was on October 9, 2023. As of November 27, 2023 (today) five attempts in total (3 emails and 2 voicemails) have been made to establish contact with the firm and to request a status update as to whether the firm would provide legal representation per my request. Such behavior from a professional services provider is not in keeping with good faith the covenant in which Cutter Law P.C. entered upon the signing of a retainership of the agreement.As a fellow professional I find the lack of communication and initiative displayed by Cutter Law P.C. and their representatives abhorrent and would caution careful consideration in retaining the firm's services.
