      Placed an order on October 19 2023. Paid the business for a light ************ shipping for a total of $145.90. To date I have received no updates on my order. The business does not respond to emails. I've also tried to reach out to the business via social media. This is a fraudulent business - they take your payment but do not deliver the products.

      Ordered lights for renovation in march 2023 ... it is now October 2023. order amounted to ****, and the business has responded to one email offering a link to pay extra to expedite the order with no explantion of timeline or guarantee of completion. I must have sent a dozen emails and have never got a response. I assume it is either a fraud or profound incompetence.

      Transaction date of 3/23/23 for $100.29. US Bank debit card was charged at time of purchase with lead time of **** weeks. I have reached out several times for an updated ship date, and haven't received back any correspondence. Fraud claim has also been filed with US Bank.

      Ordered over $600 in lights in December of 2022 and paid for the in January of 2023. It is June 14th, 2023 and I havent received my lights yet and the company is not replying to my complaints.Phone number listed is that of a private party.

      I ordered two light fixtures from this business in August of 2022 with a stated lead time of **** weeks. It is now March of 2023 and I have still not received the product, totaling $385.33. After reaching out for an update I finally received a response and a tracking number but the tracking number has been at label created status for many many weeks.

      Ordered a light fixture from Industrial Light Electric LLC on July 19, 2022 for $181.92 with shipping - order #****. Contacted them on July 29, 2022 to check on status and they responded that they had a **** week lead time, which would have put receipt of the order on or around mid-October, 2022. Attempted to contact them again in January 2023 and got no response. Attempted to have cost recovered through my credit card company but was told too much time had passed to process the claim. Contacted Industrial Light Electric LLC again on February 15, 2023 and received no response.

      Date of transaction: 1-24-2022 Amount paid: $194 Product purchased: 2 wall sconces with light bulbs Nature of dispute: Order was placed 6 months ago with promise of shipping in **** weeks. Product has not been received and online production tracking shows it shipped 5-31-2022 but the tracking number has not been updated, as if the label was created but never initiated shipping. I currently have no product and have no reliable way to ask for a refund (payment was processed at time of ordering). Attempt at resolve: None. I have emailed several times (minimum 4x) with no response at any point. Order #: ****

      I purchased a light fixture from H3239373430313****532H on November 20,2021. I have not received the fixture and I am unable to call to follow up as the phone number does not work. I have tried many times to communicate via the website and email but I have not received a response.       I purchased light fixtures from this company in Sept. 2021. Website advertised it takes **** weeks to receive. After many emails I finally received the lights middle of April 2022. The light fixtures do not have a grounding wire or a method to connect a grounding wire so Ive been advised by a local inspector they are not code compliant. Thus I cannot have an electrician install them. I contacted the company to ask why there was no grounding wire and then subsequently have requested a refund. It is very hard to get a response from this company - there is no phone number only an email listed on their website. I dont anticipate they will ever respond to me. I dont understand how this company can legally sell a product that is not compliant with national electric code.

      I ordered 3 sconce lights from Industrial Light Electric on October 20, 2021. I was charged for the lights at the time of purchase. It is now March 25, 2022 and I still have not received the lights. I have not even received a shipping confirmation or any other communication except for my initial order confirmation and a charge to my credit card. Ive made several attempts to get in touch with the company and find out why they havent send the lights. No one has responded. I finally asked for a refund because its been so long that I had to choose a different fixture. I would like help getting my money back because at this point its just stealing to take money and not provide the product.
