    Transaction dates April 30 for $144.65 and May 26 for $91.90. The service in question is a tooth gem and 2 card processing charges. I was charged $83.75 for this service and the 2 card processing fees are $8.75 and $2.63. Im not sure why there are 2 card processing fees either. What she committed to give me was a tooth gem. She struggled to put it on and it only lasted less than 4 days. I was on vacation in ********** and live 3 hours away and could not contact her in person to get it reapplied. I was not given any pre- or post-care documents. On her website, it says not to eat or drink right after or have citrus and I did neither of those things. I contacted her via Fresha (her booking software), email and text message and was left a threatening voicemail and rude email responses and she refuses to remedy the issue. I do not have the ability to make a phone call and she was insensitive and inconsiderate of my situation. She also moved my appointment up from 1:30 to 12:30 and then took me in late at 1:50. I have concerns that this person does not have a license or training for all of the services she provides based on the quality of work done to me.     She not only provided me with only HALF the service I paid for UPFRONT- with a HUGE tip as well for being able to get in fast after only providing HALF the services and then ignoring every TEXT and CALL and I even tried showing up at her POW where she was always **** Then has the audacity to tell me how funny it is.. and that karma definitely got you (because Im a burn survivor burned over 60% of my body with scars all over including my face) and then IMMEDIATELY responds to me after OVER a month of not responding back to me after MANY attempts. AFTER I write a review- she then responds untruthfully then blocks me so I cannot respond back! I have ALL the screenshots and everything yet she tries to show her innocence by responding with a response then blocking me! SHE HAS NO INTEGRITY WHATSOEVER AND THERE IS A REASON SHE IS SO FAST TO MAKING YOU AN APPOINTMENT- just to take your money upfront with HALF work provided!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND WORTH THE WAIT ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!!!!! Im so so so upset!!!!!!

    HI @********* I am so saddened that here you are again saying half truths again especially after I have asked you to stop harassing my business and me after hours. its almost 11:30 pm and you won't stop texting and commenting on my page from multiple accounts. I also see that you forgot to mention that you paid tor two sessions which you got in its entirety completed and THEN you paid for an additional $100 almost two months after the initial appointment, for an additional session; this third session you were scheduled for on two different occasions, which you cancelled on both occasions. But hey I guess you forgot to include such important information in your slanderous review. I also wonder how completing two full session, is leaving the work half ways? When you paid for two sessions and got them, and then a third appointment that you cancelled twice? and now you have the audacity to want a refund for all three appointments? How unscrupulous can one person be? KARMA.You forgot to mention how we scheduled you 8 ours of studio time at a small business, of which you cancelled on twice. You forgot to mention how not once did you call to reschedule, nor could you provide the proof of the calls you say you placed in good fate attempting to reschedule. Instead you mention text messages that we simply NEVER RECEIVED . Where is your proof you came to the shop and we we hid from you? Why didn't you call the additional number that you said you made a payment on? I mean clearly, you didn't have any good fate, you simply want to slander and spread half truths. You also forgot to mention that you could have rescheduled your appointment online on vour end at any time.BUT YOU DIDNT. I am just contused as to why you would to LIE and say you didnt like your work. and the "work is not good at all, when you tipped HUGE? Come on now. Anyone with two eves can see that vyu are a disgruntled client that never called to rescheduled her appointment like a standard client, and now wants to slander me and my business over $100 for an appointment that vou cancelled twice?UPDATE: All night last night you proceeded to harass my personal line, as well as my business line after hours. In good fate, I called you yesterday after I read your review, and you hung up on me three times. I left you a detailed voicemail which I have recordings of and proof that at the end of the voice message, the automated voice mail said message received and you texted to lie and say that if I left you a voicemail you didnt receive it. You threatened to have all of your friends, families, and followers, ******** fake reviews on my business page, all because you refused to call and schedule your third appointment? You continue to slander .Yesterday you called me every obscenity in the book and I asked you to stop calling me obscenities, and you then accused me of calling you obese because I used the word obscenities ? I think its so foul that you would lie and say that I made fun of your burn scars when I never mentioned them, not once.For all of this slander, libel, harassment to me and my business and defamation, I have started legal matters, starting with a TRO and law suit.
