I have several emails three years worth of horrible service I complain in April and I guess they were tired of me complaining about there horrible service I had a rink delivery driver cuss me out I have the video and several email of them apologizing I also been laughed at over the phone because I studdar I have the recordings ftt try on that and also the emails of them apologizing I wanted to order my last order because I have 455 dollars toward my loyalty awards they will not honor because I complained about the delivery time and ****** the general manager is the meanest manager I ever came across she would not look into any thing or try to resolve anything she just told me that I was banned I spent thousands with these people to be banned for complaining about horrible service I liked there products not there service I asked if I can speak to someone besides ****** and she then told me there is no higher then her I will also be contacting the federal government about this fraudulent buisnessInitial Complaint

On Wednesday, April 6, 2022, I discovered that the Silver Streak Solutions website (https://silverstreak.app) had a page with published personally identifiable information for ***** of its customers, most of whom are ********** residents. The page included Name, Date of Birth, Address, Drivers License Number, Drivers License Expiration, and Email Address. The information was also indexed by search engines, which was how I discovered this breach of personal information. I contacted the business directly to report the data leak, and submitted a complaint to the **************** Attorney General. I would greatly appreciate assistance from the BBB in ensuring that Silver Streak Solutions handles this situation in a responsible manner. The data was available at the URL https://silverstreak.app/c-test/ (hopefully it will be taken down by the time you read this message).
