            Purchased on feb 15, 2023 Missing pieces.I contacted brother, I was told to send my invoice, serial number my address and items would be replaced, they have yet to resolve the issue, but continuously sends me email. I asked for a supervisor, or corporate contact that has yet to happen. Cost of machine ****** plus tax. And I am disgusted by my calls routing overseas.

            There is no customer service. I have tried calling for customer service a couple of times. When you call, the prerecorded message asked for the model number and then give a long wait time and state if you leave your number they will call back. Well, they don't call back. I waited 3 days for a call back before I tried again. There is a problem with copier machine recognizing the new toner. I wonder if they know there have been problems with that model and down right won't acknowledge it to the consumer. Why else won't they call back, unless they have no customer service.
