We hired this company to help with our move to our new home. During the move, **** and his employee damaged our walls and furniture. While bringing furniture upstairs, our walls were scraped/damaged and were told it was because of the structure of the house. As a professional business my expectation is to have our brand new home in the same condition it was prior to them arriving. Furthermore, there was damage to BOTH bedframes (King and Twin). Both show impact damage (pictures available). Our sons twin bed now has an open crack on the side railing where he gets up/down the bed and scrapes himself. VERY DANGEROUS! I contacted **** and he was not very helpful at all. He admitted the damage to both the walls and furniture and STILL did not want to help resolve the issues. He requested picture (which I sent), and he advised he would contact his insurance company to file a claim. I haven't heard from him since. I've called/texted several times and now seems my number has been blocked. I am requesting that Sweet Home Movers take responsibility to the damages they admitted to and provide compensation to have the issues fixed/replaced.
