I hired this company to move my home. They moved my fridge and n the process broke the doors while disassembling it for moving into my home. The movers never once said they were incapable or couldnt do it. After the mover broke the fridge they were super apologetic and promised the damage would be covered by the insurance I purchased. After they had left the operations manager said they dont have to cover it because we made them move it down a difficult hallway. That wasnt true. After I informed them they are wrong they then changed their story saying the mover told us they couldnt do it and we made them. That is a lie as well. They change their Story over and over to fit their clause. It taking advantage of people and lying to them to get more money. I still have a broken fridge

*************** was advised by the driver that what he wanted to do with the fridge would likel cause damage. He was asked to sign the Release of Liability, and was explained that we would not be responsible for the damage. The driver recounted the exact conversation, including the multiple times he was asked "why can't you just do it" and eventually, the driver did what the client asked, after the release was signed. The damage occured exactly how the driver said it would, and the customer became agitated and wanted to know if the damage would be repaired. He was told no, and all our crew members coroborate this statement of the driver, who has worked for us for years, is a lead and has our trust. Since then, the customer has been rude to our staff, derrogatory regarding the crew and changes his story to whatever he believes will get him a new fridge. We as a company did our due diligence and warned him that what he wanted could and would cause damage, at that point he still wanted it done and only now is regretting this choice and trying to lay the blame elsewhere.

I am rejecting this response because:

this is a blatant lie  the employee did not say that the release of liability was for a couch going down a hallway  you can hear all of this in their phone recordings of the conversation  all they have done is lie

The customer continues to state we "lie" every time we address his complaint. He has no proof, and we have followed the letter of our valuation policy. We do not appreciate our intergrity being continually brought into question as we are a reputable company with over 97% satisfacation rating. The discussion with the client has gone nowhere, he just wants to accuse us and the crew of being dishonest and that is not the case.

I am rejecting this response because:

I am questioning your integrity as a company you preach constantly how you treat people how you would treat your grandmother. That is sorely not the case. And once again you have slandered me saying I was rude and treated your employees badly. The recordings of the conversations will clearly prove otherwise. Im terms of proof I have 4 witnesses that all heard and saw the event transpire. Your employees promised your company would fix the fridge they broke. Your employee never said he could not do it and no one made him do it. That is a fabrication. In terms of my requests have never been unreasonable and I never asked to replace the entire fridge. I always have been adamant about getting it fixed. I truly feel you as a company are disingenuous and make false promises only to take advantage of your customers.

Thank you for reading my complaint. I hired Two Men and a Truck in ********** to move my belongings from a Pod to the home at ************. One of the movers used a dolly with several totes and as he pulled up on the dolly on the front step he ripped a wooden step to her front porch destroying it and removing the step entirely. It made a large crunching sound. I witnessed this. I filled out the paperwork and made a damage report with the company. The claims manager ***** never returned calls and I finally spoke to him on the phone. He rudely told me the step was already broken. He has never lived at that property or been to that home so I am not sure how he came to the conclusion. A crew was supposed to arrive on Aug.8 and they never showed up. An employee texted me and said they did not come because they didnt talk to me. He promised me ***** would get back to me to make another appointment. Ive never heard from ***** and the company has not returned calls. There were steps missing due to the damage making it unsafe for me and visitors to walk to the front door.

This customer had a very damaged stair held up by a cinder block that the men tripped on while moving in June 2022. While we did not do the initial damage to the stair. She was sent a damage link on June 29th and we saw the damage was not initally done by our crew so we did not follow up. As it was previous damage, not initially done by our team, we are not liable for this damage.

In late July 2022 I was referred to ****** Electric by Generac Generators as their contractor / installer in my area. I contacted ****** in August 2022 to provide an estimate for installation at my house. On August 12, I signed the proposal and authorized a $6000.00 deposit from my credit card toward the installation. I have never seen ****** Electric again. I have called multiple times and been told that the owner was in ******* and would be back soon. I no longer wish to deal with this company and would like my deposit returned.
