    I purchased a 2006 ****** Altima on April 25th, 2024. Since the day after purchase the check engine light has been on and has remained on since. I have taken the car to get serviced and it has been diagnosed with faulty ignition coils and spark plugs, there is a significant coolant leak, and the head gasket is blown as well (all within 2 weeks of purchase and driving the vehicle less than 300 miles) while I have purchased the warranty, it wont even begin to cover the cost of repairs (most of which it wont cover) I have tried talking to the dealership, but they are unwilling to help. At this point I can no longer drive the vehicle. The car was not sold as is because they did faulty work and bandaid fixes on the vehicle knowing it had a plethora of issues and would not and should not have passed smog. These are significant issues that did not arise in just 1-3 weeks of driving a vehicle that they went out of their way to assure me was recently serviced by their mechanic and in good working order. Furthermore, if the car DID have possible issues, I should have been made aware of them at the time of purchase and on the vehicle report, none of which happened.

    Was sold a vehicle that stopped running 3 days after purchase have had it returned to the dealer 2 times in the last two months of purchase and refusing to still fix the problem as it is against the law to pass a vehicle as safe to operate and charge for something driveable that does not run at all or safely.

    I purchased a vehicle almost 2 years ago and purchased a warranty. I paid $1500 for a 3 year warranty. I had issues ever since I purchased the vehicle. I had a blown head gasket and was told that it would not be covered. **** had a under the table mechanic fix my car and when I received it back there was still a leak. Clearly the problem had not been taken care of, as it was still leaking. The vehicle had a transmission issue when it was purchased and we were never informed or told about it, which all companies are supposed to do. My transmission went out and I still have a blown head. I tried to get it repaired again and now the warranty is expired. I purchased a 3 year warranty and it has almost been 2 only. I tried to trade it back in and was told I could not do that. I bought a vehicle in 2015 from this company. They cleared all engine codes and 2 miles later the car was sold to me. The transmission on that car also went out and no help is provided. I did not want a new, I just wanted my warranty to be honored and that didn't happen twice. The company said they will not cover any repairs that I needed. I was told that if the noise was from the rear of the engine than it would have been covered, but it was coming from the top so it wasn't covered. Which made ZERO sense to me. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF IN A HEARTBEAT IF YOU DON'T KNOW ABOUT CARS.THEY WILL FIND ANY REASON TO SAY NO TO ANYTHING. BUT ALWAYS A YES IF YOU ARE WILLING TO BUY ONE OF THEIR GARBAGE CARS. THEY ALSO ADD MORE THAN $500 WORTH OF FEES THAT WOULD NOT BE CHARGED AT A NORMAL CAR DEALERSHIP OR THIRD PARTY DEALERSHIP. IT IS NOT FAIR FOR THIS COMPANY TO DO THIS TO PEOPLE.
