I registered my two sons for Coerver soccer training in early November before our club team schedules were released. Once the club schedules were released, we found a conflict with Coerver and sought a refund of our $280 payment. We did not attend any training sessions. The stated refund policy is to contact the Coerver administrator by phone or email. I called twice and spoke to an individual who indicated that he could not help and that email was the proper course. Since November 15th I have emailed ***************************** and Coerver ********* <***************************> 6 times and have had no response or acknowledgement whatsoever.Not only did they not refund my payment, on December 1 they charged for another installment of $300.
