Received an email stating it will be routined to the **** or someone to help with my complaint but it almost been 2 months and have not received any email or phone call.             I will not recommend this college to any student with a disability. You will not get the services or help you expect DSPS counselors/regular counselors will enroll you in courses. They know you either dont need or cant pass. You will get a lot of apologies,they tell you what you want to hear instead of what you need to hear. I put in my petition for my degree and was approved back on August 3, 2023, I was told that my degree will be sent by mail no later than September. Everytime I call I get a different story I get I didnt petition then I get a did petition. Someone needs to go down to their admissions and records, office and help them organized. As well as there needs to be more accountability for the mistakes that the staff makes because its the students like myself that has to deal with the consequences. Choose a different community college. Sacramento state is not the place. Especially if youre disabled.
