My membership was auto renewed on Sep 6th, 2023 for $65.98. This was done without any email or text notification as per California's Automatic Renewal Law that was effective from July 1, 2022. My kids did not use the membership for the month I was charged. Requesting refund for the same.Initial Complaint

Transaction date April 2, 2024 Amount $27.99 I purchased a ticket with a same day jump time reservation for my son, age 10. My son has been to this location many times, and has a waiver on file. He attended Skyzone that day with a friend and her parents, at the time reserved on the ticket.Skyzone would not honor the pre-paid ticket, would not look him up in their system (a normal practice )and told him that he would need to complete another waiver (which only his guardians can do)- not normal practice for this business. The adult that he was with had to pay out of pocket for a second ticket for him. Somehow this mysteriously removed the need for a new waiver.I spoke to the business in person the next day- April 3, 2024. I spoke with ****- and they will not provide a credit or refund, or even admit that this happened. Which means no investigation or corrective action is expected, and the problem could easily happen again.Initial Complaint

I thought I had a monthly membership that allows me to jump two hours per day every day. They have been charging me random $21.99 & ***** two and sometimes 3-4 times per month since July 2023. I have been calling them to inquire about, and when I go to the location, they tell me that they will take care of it and they never do. I called my bank to stop any charges from them because even after I have cancelled the membership, they charged me again. According to their membership prices the price should $27.99 per month. From July 2023 thru November, that should be $139.85. They charged me $263.89. They overcharged me $ ******. I am disabled and on SSI and I need my money back.
