I faxed a Catalog order on 10/4/22, the total was $388.94 which was taken out of my cc. I received everything except one item which was a tote bag, I called AAE and was advised it was on back order and would be in stock around the 15th of December I called again to check if the item was in stock and was advised by one of the customer service rep they do not know when the item would be in, called again in January and was advised the item was in stock and they would ship it out that day. Called again a few week later and was advised they would not send the item because I had not paid for it, I informed her that I had already paid for the item, she checked and verified the payment was taken out of my Credit Card and stated she would send the refund over to be processed and stated it would take a few days for the payment to be refunded back to my credit card, I have called 4 or 5 times since then and it's same excuse stating they will issue the refund and to allow a few days. As of today 3/3/23 I have not received my refund.Business response

Good Morning,
Management was not aware that the product was not received and was not notified that a refund was requested. There are at least 4 subsequent orders placed after this order so we were not aware and could've easily issued the credit towards one of these orders. However, we have processed and issued a refund back to the card that was used when the order was originally placed. The customer should check with their bank within the next business day or two for the refund in the amount of $16.80.

After a total nightmare of FALSE ADS from their website 2020 regarding when items should be received; after shipping and confirmation from several employees that Xmas items would be received at least 7days before Xmas ***** ******** in which he made clearly he's the owner...REFUSED TO LISTEN AND continued to cut me off, tell me how Im trying to tell him how to run a business, one excuse after the other. Refused to listen ,take responsibility for his company actions, while doing bad business by telling customers over the phoneand ads stating itemsComp doing bad business falsifying delivery dates and not standing up to it! Don't advertise if you cant do it! They do this to get more business and in return don't and cannot own up to it.The audacity to claim I insulted his son ***** by stating you did not send on time and I want a refund and send priority is unacceptable. ****** rude, unprofessional as he refused to accept and called me out a liar
