AAA roadside assistance did not honor my battery which was with in warranty. It was a three-year battery that has a sticker that says 7/21 . I called to find out why they were not honoring the warranty and they said they didnt even have records of me even getting the battery from them I 100% did they gave the excuse of new computers it not being able to go back far enough unacceptableInitial Complaint

On January 19th 2024 I had ask for roadside assistance from AAA, everything went well the driver drop my vehicle at ******'s Auto service. When I got my vehicle, my mechanic noticed that my spoiler was broken on the right side that was located in the back of my car. I was very upset when I got home I found half of my spoiler on the ground. So apparently when the driver took off there is a tree branch that hangs, not pay any attention the tow truck driver just went through it. I called the tow truck driver and left a message but no response. So I ended filing a claim, a guy named *************************** reach out to me on February 6 2024 he called and left a message saying to follow the steps on the email he had sent, but when I got the email there was no steps to follow, it was just the claim form that I had filled out. I have tried to reach out *************************** several times left and email and messages but no response whatsoever.Business response
