      Original date the project was improved was around 8/12/2022. It took months for them to finally install the solar equipment which came in 1/2023 The first inspection by the county was in February. Ten days after the county approved, SMUD came to install the meter and stated it was not up to their code and items had to be remedied before they can install the meter. March 24, ****************************************************************************************************** between all this I have to be the one to contact them to get an update. And when I do, all I get is we are waiting on SMUD and they have no control. In the meantime my first payment is going to be made before I even have equipment working. The job is NOT done. I am not getting any updates or apologies from this company. The worst decision I have ever made working with this firm. Terrible *****************

      We do tend to have problems with SMUD in particular with delays, obfuscations, lies and requests for random technical changes required nowhere else in the **.  The home owner should have been advised at the time of sale to expect difficulty with them at the end of the project.  We have fulfilled more than ****** interconnections in ********** and hundreds in SMUD and there is always a problem.  I don't think they like solar.  We do apologize for this customer's experience and will reach out to this customer to see what we can do to make him happy and bring this to a final conclusion.

      I am rejecting this response because:  SMUD is clearly giving instructions on how to solve the issues.  I just had them come out again for the second time and yes.  Rejected.   They sent another letter of deficiencies with most of the same things.   It has to do with where the stickers are placed or needs to be place.   Stickers!  How simple to fix, yet Semper is not bothering to solve the issue.   Meanwhile I have attempted to call ****** several times to discuss.   She never returns my calls.  And is NEVER available it always goes straight to voice mail.   I never get any personal assurances from your company that you are working on the issue.  Only the excuse to blame SMUD.  If you have done so many installs with SMUD then you should know where they require the stickers to be and how high the meter has to be from the ground.   The fact that Semper never calls or emails to discuss the solution with me, indicates how important customers are to them.    I want this job done.  Can you please for the love of God send someone out to put the stickers where they belong and call SMUD to come out yet again.
