            9/25/21 Angell Medical, *** performed botox on my forehead in the amount of $384.00. I was told that the service would last for about three months. After two weeks they were going to review my progress and had to reschedule due to an incident with Covid. I told them at that time nothing had happened they said we will check in again in a week. They rescheduled for one week later via a Zoom consultation. At that time they agreed that there was movement. I was told I could come in and pay more and if it didn't work this time the service would be free for the third service.I was asked if I wanted to reschedule. I asked if I would have to pay. I was told yes. I then said no way. I already paid more than the time I paid for it at another place and their work was perfect. I have let them know that I want a refund via email and I am yet to even get a simple response.
