I originally contacted DFEH for help with ceasing the harassment I have been experiencing from my HOA and my WCEF social worker referred. My HOA has purposely discriminated against me because of my age and disability. When I first called DFEH, the intake rep was very pushy and didn't want to take my complaint. He wouldn't let me finish my sentence and was ******* me. When I asked how do I submit my docs, the rep told me he didn't know. I spoke to several different reps and they would tell me different answers. I emailed and mailed my docs but no one could confirm if it was received.A month later, I was contacted by ******* Sigh, my assigned analyst. On July 27th 2021, I did an intake interview with her. She was very bias. She told me multiple times during the interview SHE doesn't think DFEH will take it. Two weeks later, I was denied. I immediately filed an appeal and was told it will take 10 days to review. The next day my appeal was rejected with no good explanation.
