I have been paying $80 a month since Dec 2023 for a membership I established at this Massage Envy. Since I have been paying and receiving services I have encountered 3 situations (2 with a masseuse and 1 with front desk associate) that has resulted in a breech of their company values. I have asked 2 times if I can cancel my membership due to no longer feeling safe and I was refused due to needing a doctors note or a change of address. With it being a franchise, I have already spoke to the member with all of the power to assist me with this dilemma. The manager refused to cancel further transactions due to the membership contract which I have to accept. With that, I have agreed to pay money to a company with a promise of morals and values (attached to documentation) that I have not been met with. This franchise refusing to align with the standard that I have agreed was worth paying, while still taking my money is unethical and fraudulent. I no longer want anything to do with this business and don't care for any rekindling.Thank you
